This seminar introduces vibe programming: a conversational approach in which people describe software goals to an AI assistant, evaluate the generated code, and improve the result through feedback. It is designed for beginners, educators, entrepreneurs, and developers who want to understand how AI can accelerate prototyping without sacrificing quality or responsibility. Participants will learn a practical workflow for getting started: defining a clear outcome, giving context, asking for a plan, building in small milestones, running the software frequently, and verifying each change. A live example will demonstrate the cycle of describing, generating, testing, inspecting, and refining an application. The seminar also examines the essential dos and don’ts of AI-assisted development. It emphasizes using version control, protecting credentials and personal data, reviewing dependencies, testing unusual cases, and understanding code before deployment. It warns against vague prompts, uncontrolled rewrites, blindly trusting generated tests, and treating confident explanations as proof of correctness. The central message is that vibe programming lowers the barrier to creating software, but it does not remove human accountability. AI provides speed and creative momentum; people must supply judgment, security awareness, verification, and ownership. Used thoughtfully, this approach can turn ideas into working prototypes quickly while supporting disciplined software development.
Only 18% of employees use AI daily. What are the other 82% doing? And why don’t they use AI—do they lack the skills, distrust it, or lack the opportunity? Jakub Bakule, Managing Director of the research agency NMS, will present unique data from a large-scale segmentation study focusing on Czech employees’ relationship with artificial intelligence. The seminar will explore how Czech employees differ in the extent and manner of their AI use, the main barriers to adoption, and what this means for companies seeking to deploy AI across teams. If you are wondering where your employees really stand on AI, this seminar will give you concrete, data-backed answers.
Enterprise systems are undergoing a fundamental transformation. Once-monolithic ERP solutions are becoming flexible cloud platforms of connected applications, enabling companies to respond quickly to market changes, automate processes and work effectively with data and artificial intelligence. But it is not only the technology and our view of ERP that are changing—the users are changing too. A new generation of employees expects intuitive, simple and accessible tools they can use from anywhere, as naturally as the apps in their personal lives. This talk will show that the world of Helios now extends far beyond traditional ERP. We will introduce an open ecosystem of applications and solutions that expand Helios functionality across AI, automation, digitalization and modern cloud environments. We see the future of enterprise systems in AVAplace, an open cloud platform that connects specialized applications into one functional whole. Companies now expect solutions that are secure, easy to extend, quick to deploy and exceptionally user-friendly. That is exactly the direction Helios is taking. Come and discover how a modern business-application ecosystem can help companies grow, innovate and meet the challenges of the digital future.
Every week brings more regulatory information than anyone can realistically read. Somewhere among thousands of updates is the one that changes your company's obligations, while the rest is noise. This seminar shows how AI solves this problem and how to build your own system for monitoring regulatory change. Part 1: Total Compliance If you've watched Ted Lasso, you may remember AFC Richmond's Total Football. No one is tied to a single position: everyone moves, and the whole team sees the whole pitch. That doesn't mean fewer players, or fewer lawyers. It means everyone has to be better. Compliance is changing the same way. The right tools let you continuously monitor relevant sources across every jurisdiction where you operate, at a scale that can't be reached manually. Regulators use the same tools, which raises the bar for regulatory monitoring. That doesn't make lawyers obsolete. Technology can catch the changes, but a person has to judge which ones really matter. The work shifts from finding changes to assessing them. Part 2: Build Your Own Watchtower We'll give you a live demo of Myriad AI. It automatically monitors official sources and searches a large collection of regulatory documents. Its watchtowers keep track of a topic, regulator or jurisdiction you choose and alert you when something changes. Then you'll build your own watchtower. Pick a topic you really need to follow, such as the AI Act, DORA, ESG reporting or the Czech National Bank. With our help, you'll set up a watchtower for it: an always-on monitor that catches everything that matters to you. What to Bring A laptop and a specific topic. No technical knowledge is needed. The seminar is for lawyers, attorneys, compliance and risk specialists, in-house counsel, regulatory teams and other professionals who follow regulatory change.
A company with revenue of more than €20 million. Dozens of concurrent projects, a functioning ERP system, capable people—and contractual penalties for delays almost every week. Today, it has gone five months without a single one. The worst part was that nobody saw it coming. Information moved by phone, email and WhatsApp between field staff, project managers and leadership. The Gantt chart showed tasks, but not whether anyone actually had the capacity to work on them. The company had an ERP system, but ERP manages money, not communication or work. I will show you how project management and information handovers changed within five months of implementing ALITEO. Emails, phone calls and chats became one managed process in which it is clear at every moment what is happening, who is responsible and where risk is emerging. You will see how the company now plans against real team capacity and how project managers adopted AI themselves to monitor risks in active projects—all without hiring new people or relying on Excel spreadsheets.
Everyone is talking about AI Agents and their incredible capabilities, but headlines about runaway agents are rife. Join Cloudflare to learn how to build agents you can trust to do exactly what you need - and nothing else.
Almost 14 years ago, Baby Office grew out of the personal needs of several women on parental leave and the reality many parents faced: they wanted to work and develop professionally, while also needing to be good parents. The relationship between work and family was widely discussed then and still is today. The situation remains far from ideal, but it is slowly changing. Companies are thinking more about flexibility, returning after parental leave, supporting employees with caring responsibilities and retaining experienced people. At the same time, cultural change inside organizations is slow. Encouragingly, many newer startups already have cultures that are open and welcoming not only to parents, but also to other groups disadvantaged in the labour market. This talk combines years of experience working with parents and companies with personal insights from the speaker’s own journey through parenthood. We will examine what parents truly need, where companies often miss the mark and which family-friendly benefits make a real difference. Parents represent a significant part of today’s workforce and bring experience, responsibility, prioritization skills and considerable adaptability to their teams. Companies that create an environment where people can work well and care for their families gain a competitive advantage. The talk is for HR professionals, managers and anyone who wants to understand what parents’ real lives look like beyond the company benefits package.
Brno University of Technology (BUT) is an active member of the European innovation ecosystem, helping move artificial intelligence directly from laboratories into real-world applications. During the talk, we will introduce strategic initiatives as well as concrete mechanisms through which the university actively supports startups and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in adopting and developing advanced AI solutions. The presentation will also introduce the national CZAI Factory project, which expands the infrastructure and support available for developing trustworthy AI models and transfers expertise into industry with the aim of accelerating the adoption of AI tools in the Czech Republic. The talk will offer practical insights into transferring applied research into real products and share proven approaches to technology commercialization. We will show how the university supports entrepreneurship through projects, competitions, and mentoring, helping successful student ventures with startup ambitions emerge at BUT. Founders, investors, and corporate leaders will gain a clear understanding of how to engage effectively with BUT and how to leverage academic AI expertise to strengthen their own competitiveness.
Artificial intelligence (AI) is evolving from an experimental tool to a core driver of business effectiveness and transformation. However, success will not be determined by the number of tokens an organisation uses, but by the business value created by each token. This session will explore the emerging token economics of AI and their implications for business leaders. We will examine how organisations can provide AI with the necessary business context—trusted data, shared definitions, and domain knowledge—to produce more relevant outcomes, improve decision-making, and reduce unnecessary costs and complexity. The session will also demonstrate how to transition from isolated AI experiments to reliable, governed production workflows by unifying data, AI, security, quality, and cost visibility on a single platform. Using practical examples, we will discuss how businesses can scale AI responsibly, boost productivity and transform the way work is done, while ensuring that outcomes are measurable and economics are kept under control.
The global situation is messier than ever. Bankruptcies, sanctions and other risks are on the rise. Meet tech friendly tools for continuous tracking of your business partners.
Generative AI waits for a command, creates text, and is passive. Agentic AI has a goal, uses tools, and acts autonomously. This shift is not just a technical change; it is a fundamental transformation of what AI can take over within a company. In the seminar, we will show what agentic AI means in practice, how it differs from common AI tools, and where it is already having a real impact on business. We will go through specific examples from Czech companies, from the automation of sales processes and AI assistants for customer teams to systems connecting production and sales data in one place. The seminar will also include a live demonstration of how agentic AI works in real time, what it can handle autonomously, and where its current limits are. You will leave with a concrete understanding of where agentic AI makes sense in your company, what such a project looks like from the initial idea to the result, and how to avoid the most common mistakes during implementation.
3D printing for complete beginners. Little or no experience? No problem. We have prepared a course covering 3D printing and the basics of modelling especially for you. In approximately 100 minutes, you will learn the essentials, try working with a printer, choose a material and model, and print it. You can also design a simple name tag or component of your own.
A practical workshop focused on understanding your own stress response and ways to manage it better. Participants will learn to recognize the connections between thoughts, emotions, bodily reactions and behavior, work with automatic thoughts, and distinguish facts from their own interpretations. They will also try simple techniques for managing acute stress and focus on factors that help build long-term resilience under pressure. The aim is not to eliminate stress, but to learn to regulate our own response so that stress does not take control of how we function.
During the workshop, you will learn about the most common mistakes that cause startups to fail, how to develop and scale your startup, the key areas involved in building and managing a sales team in a startup, and why it can sometimes make sense for a startup to collaborate with a corporation — as well as the conditions and rules of the game that need to be in place for such cooperation to work.
As of 2 August 2026, transparency obligations and requirements to label AI-generated content apply—and most companies are unaware of them. We will examine the implications, who owns AI-generated code, and why this cannot be managed without understanding the AI Act and adopting an internal AI policy.
Many companies today claim to be implementing AI. In reality, they are often merely experimenting—without a clear objective, priorities or any idea of how they will know whether they have succeeded. Why? Often because someone influential decided it made sense and could cure every problem. Using concrete examples from small and medium-sized companies, we will show where AI delivered real value, where it merely accelerated chaos and why AI alone is not enough—and why it is sometimes neither needed nor appropriate. We will examine different leadership decisions around AI implementation and adoption, as well as what happens inside a company when people do not trust the change, their leaders or themselves. Every topic will be accompanied by a real example from practice, successful or unsuccessful. We will not discuss theories or futuristic visions. We will dissect genuine successes and expensive mistakes, including how much enthusiasm for AI without a strategy can cost a company. Topics will include: where AI genuinely helps and where it does not help at all, why AI often only amplifies a company’s existing problems, why people do not follow leadership decisions and what consequences that creates, what companies that managed to move forward had in common, why the ability to make decisions without complete certainty is now a competitive advantage.
AI agents can independently assess situations, use available tools and propose next steps. When deployed on their own, however, they often become isolated solutions without sufficient control, transparency, integration into the end-to-end business process or added value. The seminar will show how AI agents can be incorporated into process orchestration, combining their flexible decision-making with governance through BPMN and the Camunda 8 platform. It will explain agentic orchestration, the roles of tools, memory, RAG, process constraints and human involvement in decision-making. It will also address auditability, the management of agent autonomy and safeguards that help control access to tools, data and language models. The seminar will include a live demonstration of a simplified Customer Due Diligence process. An AI agent will assess the available materials, search for relevant information, propose a risk level and prepare a basis for an analyst’s decision. Camunda will manage the overall process, preserve state, apply rules, handle escalations and maintain a complete audit trail. The seminar offers a practical view of the shift from isolated AI experiments to agents embedded in business processes.
My Longevity — Without the Trends Longevity is not about searching for miracle solutions. Above all, it is about returning to the fundamentals that truly matter for our health: prevention, movement, quality sleep, recovery and healthy nutrition. The seminar will present MY CLINIC’s clinical and scientific perspective on long-term health. We will show why a thorough medical history, initial examination and laboratory diagnostics form the basis of truly individualized prevention, and how they help uncover risk factors before they develop into health problems. We will also focus on sleep, daily routines and recovery—areas that fundamentally affect our energy, performance and long-term health, yet often receive too little attention. You will learn how our biological clocks work and how the principles of circadian biology can be applied simply and practically in everyday life. Because a long life begins with caring for your health today.
AI learns faster than you do. Your neighbor can master over a weekend what once took you years of practice. And your child will be able to do things you never could. So the question for 2030 is no longer “what can I do?” but “what about me can nobody—and nothing—copy?” In this talk, we will explore which skills can be learned—and will therefore soon become commodities—and which remain deeply human, irreplaceable, and increasingly valuable. You will leave with clarity about which of them you can realistically build your future on.
Focus: innovation ROI, eliminating dead ends and effective R&D. We live in an era of “innovation for innovation’s sake.” Every week brings a new “game changer,” from generative AI to quantum computing. For business leaders, separating marketing noise from technologies that can genuinely move the bottom line is becoming increasingly difficult. This talk offers a clear-eyed view of the current global R&D landscape. The CEOs of UNICO Analytics will show you: An analytical framework for filtering hype from technologies with real-world applications. Why 70% of technology transfers fail—and how to avoid the same mistakes. Case studies revealing where undervalued, high-potential technologies—the “hidden gems”—can be found today. The aim is not to excite you about the future, but to equip you with tools to profit from it without burning your budget on dead ends.
Strong results can hide a team that is running out of energy. In this seminar, Libor Mattuš will show you how to recognize the warning signs early and take practical steps to address them. You will learn concrete techniques you can use throughout the working day, including short microbreaks, breathing exercises, and ways to manage energy, focus, and recovery. The seminar will also offer a practical perspective on applied biohacking and longevity in the workplace. Don’t expect theory alone. You will try simple techniques that can be immediately incorporated into the daily routines of individuals and entire teams. Libor Mattuš draws on 26 years of hands-on experience in performance, health, cold exposure, breathing techniques, and human energy optimization. The goal is to help your people maintain high performance over the long term—without unnecessary exhaustion or compromising their health.
Most leaders say they want more innovation, initiative and accountability. Not all of them, however, are prepared to change the leadership style on which those qualities truly depend. In this workshop, we will move from Command & Control to Trust & Inspire leadership and focus on what is often overlooked: the leader’s internal shift—their ego, need for control and fear of losing influence. We will also examine situations in which even well-intentioned leadership unintentionally suppresses people’s proactivity and independence, and how to encourage a behavioural shift across the organization: from passivity to initiative and from completing tasks to owning outcomes. Because innovation is not produced by pressure. It grows from the environment a leader creates every day.
This time, the leading role will not go to presenters, influencers, or your favourite actors, but to AI skills. What are they? Think of them as a permanent recipe that tells artificial intelligence how to perform a specific activity—for example, write emails in your tone of voice or create meeting notes. This practical seminar will explain what a skill is and is not, what belongs in it and what does not, how it is used, and four ways to create your own. Finally, we will offer a glimpse behind the scenes at TV Nova, show which skills we teach there, and present the vision for an internal skills marketplace. The seminar will be led by Adam Borovec, Michaela Černochová, and Tereza Fukátková.
We drink litres of water every day, yet we rarely stop to ask where it comes from and what is left behind. The LOKNI workshop at Innovation Week brings together two topics that are more closely connected than they may seem: the quality of our drinking habits and the environmental footprint of bottled water. We will look at what we are actually drinking in offices and at home, trace the journey of a plastic bottle from the source to the waste stream, and explore an alternative in the form of on-site water filtration and dispensing. We will discuss how access to high-quality water changes people’s behaviour, how much plastic a single company can realistically save, and how hydration affects health, performance, and company culture. Who it’s for: people responsible for office operations, HR and wellbeing, sustainability and ESG, as well as anyone who wants to drink better while reducing their impact on the planet.
Got a startup? Put it to the test in 60 seconds. No slides. No pitch deck. Just you, your startup and one minute to make people want to hear more. Right after your pitch, you’ll get direct feedback from investors and experienced startup professionals: what worked, what was missing, and what you would need to show to get that next meeting. This session is designed for early-stage founders who want to sharpen their pitch, test their message and get honest feedback. Pitches are in English only. Want to pitch? Apply here: https://www.startupnow.cz/events/60-second-pitch/ Not pitching? Come watch, learn from the feedback and see how much can fit into 60 seconds.
Looking for an investor? A good product, a polished pitch deck and a list of VC funds are not enough. There are surprisingly many things you can get wrong on the road to investment: approaching the wrong investor, arriving too early, failing to explain why now, overestimating your valuation, or ruining the first meeting before it has even begun. In a conversation with Jasmína Henni from JIC, Michal Veselý will explore ten situations that determine whether the doors to investors open or close. No investment theory. Practical experience from working with investors and startups, specific founder mistakes and tips on what to do differently. You will leave with a clearer idea of when to look for an investor, whom to approach, how to prepare and how to increase the chance that your next meeting will not also be your last.

Self-service refreshments and corporate coffee zones have undergone a quiet but fundamental revolution in recent years. The days when a vending machine was merely a mechanical device dispensing coffee into a plastic cup are gone for good. How is traditional vending becoming a technologically advanced industry driven by data, automation and a focus on an outstanding customer experience? In an open discussion, René Sion, Managing Director of Dallmayr Czech Republic, will provide a behind-the-scenes view of the sector’s transformation. A former optician who founded the brand’s Czech operation himself and built it into a market leader, he will share his experience of connecting tradition with modern technology. The conversation will explore the key themes shaping vending today: • Workplace food and refreshment trends: Changing employee expectations, a growing emphasis on quality coffee and a healthy lifestyle, and the effects of flexible working on the future of workplace catering. • Logistics and operational efficiency: Optimizing replenishment routes, automating processes and using KPIs to ensure 100% service availability while reducing food waste. • Customer experience (CX) in B2B vending: The development of the sector through the eyes of the Czech branch’s founder, the key elements of an excellent customer experience, balancing coffee-zone design with coffee quality, and the most common mistakes companies make when creating coffee points. • Service automation and digitalization: Current technology standards and the outlook for the next five years, the use of telemetry and data for predictive maintenance, the future of smart fridges and micro-markets, the role of artificial intelligence in vending, and opportunities to digitalize the customer experience. Join the discussion about how technology is changing everyday workplace habits. The seminar will also include time for your questions.
AI agents are only as useful as the data and tools they can access. In this workshop, you'll learn how to give your AI agents superpowers by connecting them to real-world web data using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Apify's Agent Skills. We'll walk through how MCP works and how Apify uses it to let AI agents access thousands of ready-made web scraping and data extraction tools. Then you'll get hands-on. You'll connect an AI agent to Apify's MCP server, explore existing Agent Skills, and write your own custom skill that fetches live data from the web.
When people hear about AI at a betting company, most think of predictions and calculating odds. In reality, this is just one of the areas where we use artificial intelligence at Tipsport. We will present several projects we have worked on in recent years and trace their journey from the initial motivation through design to deployment. We will discuss working with structured data, images, video and text, and the experience we have gained in developing and operating these solutions.
The seminar will introduce participants to the latest findings on how radiotherapy affects the immune system and the opportunities offered by particle therapy in this area. It will also present current directions in research and development and their potential applications in the future treatment of cancer. Ionizing radiation has been used to treat malignant tumors for more than 130 years. For much of its history, the field has evolved toward increasingly precise targeting of tumors and their destruction using the highest possible radiation dose. Technology has developed accordingly, leading to modern techniques such as linear accelerators using VMAT, CyberKnife, Gamma Knife, and MRI-LINAC. All of these technologies enable increasingly precise irradiation of tumor sites. However, this precision comes at a cost: an unwanted dose of ionizing radiation is still delivered to relatively large volumes of healthy tissue outside the treatment target. In recent years, a new direction has begun to emerge. It is based on the idea that protecting the organs of the immune system may be just as important as irradiating the tumor itself. Combining tumor destruction with immune system preservation may help stimulate an anti-tumor immune response, enabling the patient’s own immune system to actively fight the cancer. New technologies and treatment approaches are being developed with this goal in mind, with particle therapy representing one of the most promising areas of development. Research indicates that different particles, due to their different masses, can have different effects on the immune system. Similarly, new approaches to the timing of radiotherapy may influence immune responses differently from today’s standard treatment protocols. At the forefront of current development are particle accelerators capable of treating tumors in a single fraction, using different types of particles for different parts of the tumor according to the biological characteristics of the tumor tissue, while simultaneously sparing organs that are essential to the immune response, such as lymph nodes.
Algorithms and AI shape what we see, feel, and believe — often without us noticing. In this interactive pop quiz, your critical thinking will be put to test: Can you spot manipulation? Do you know why your feed shows you what it does? Can you tell persuasion from propaganda? No lectures, no jargon — just fast questions, a few surprises, and a chance to stay sane online.
Digitalizing finance used to be a long and expensive project. Marcela Lonková spent ten years building the digital company This One with her own hands — because ready-made solutions were unavailable, technology cost millions and AI did not exist. Today, Lumír Boureanu brings the opposite experience: what once required years of development and major investment is now, thanks to automation and AI, accessible to virtually every company. In an open conversation, they will compare their experiences and examine what has genuinely changed over the past several years. What can technology take over today, where is a person still needed, how much does digitalization really cost and, most importantly, where should a company begin so that it does not invest time and money in things it does not need? The session will not remain merely a discussion. During the talk, participants will use a short assessment to determine the current stage of digitalization of their financial agenda — from document processing to the availability of figures for decision-making. Based on the result, they will receive a concrete sequence of the first five steps that make sense for their specific situation.
The seminar aims to show that even a conservative field such as railway signaling systems can adapt to Industry 4.0 trends.
Here's how traditional networking events go. Step 1) Turn up, grab a free drink, load up on some free food. Step 2) Look around the room, whilst silently praying there's someone you already know! Step 3) Form clusters, talk about the weather, ask how summers went, maybe connect on LinkedIn. Step 4) Load up on free food and drinks (without looking like a greedy pig) before a swift exit. If you want that, we can promise you that this session is NOT for you. Sign up if you dare!
European universities are under growing pressure to turn more research into innovation, licences and spin-offs. But successful commercialisation does not start with company formation. It starts much earlier: with researchers who understand how to test the relevance of their work outside academia, technology transfer teams that can guide them through the process, and universities that create the right incentives, skills and connections to industry. This session will look at what currently works and what is still missing in university technology transfer, with a particular focus on entrepreneurial education for researchers and the early steps that determine whether promising research ever makes it beyond the lab.
The seminar will introduce AIDA, an innovative software solution that uses artificial intelligence to search and analyze documents efficiently. AIDA addresses the need to browse extensive text archives easily and intuitively, identify key topics through natural-language queries, and obtain answers to specific questions without manually reading the relevant documents. It also shares expertise gained from a year of AIDA’s production use with a large company’s internal policies. The seminar is intended both for those who want to learn about the details and experience gained during an AIDA implementation project and for those seeking inspiration on using AI technologies to improve the efficiency of their own work or an entire organization.
AI that only makes recommendations is one thing. AI that handles real money is a whole different league. Direct has deployed AI in insurance claims handling in a way that allows it to take part in decisions about actual payouts. This is exactly where a pilot becomes real production—but only for companies capable of handling accountability, auditability, risk management, and trust in live operations. Pavel Lukeš, CTO of Direct pojišťovna, and Jiří Mach, CEO of Qest Technologies and Enehano, will show what they had to put in place to move the deployment from an idea into production. The main topic is governance: who approves the AI, who is accountable for it in production, how the audit trail is maintained, and where the human remains in the process. They will also address the questions that are rarely said out loud on stage: / How an AI deployment gets through risk management, compliance, and internal audit / What an approval process from idea to production should include / How to tell when a pilot is ready for production / And when it is better to stop the pilot / Where AI deployment becomes risky The result is a practical look at what a company needs to master when it brings AI into processes where decisions must be made quickly, under scrutiny, and with a real impact on the customer.
Digitalization, artificial intelligence and the centralization of computing capacity bring organizations new opportunities, but also new risks. A single outage of critical infrastructure can have serious consequences: lost data, untraceable transactions, interrupted services or damaged customer trust. In this seminar, we will examine real examples of business continuity failures, including cases from the banking sector where attacks and insufficient redundancy led to the loss of key data. We will explore what constitutes Europe’s true single point of failure today, why regulators are increasingly warning about the concentration of AI and cloud services in large data centres, and how organizations should build resilience at a time when they must assume that some attacks will succeed. The session will also cover modern uses of AI in cybersecurity, from automated vulnerability discovery to rapid remediation, as well as practical recommendations for business continuity management, risk management, crisis scenarios, recovery plans and their testing. Key message: Organizational resilience no longer depends solely on preventing attacks, but above all on the ability to restore critical services and data quickly when an attack or outage actually occurs.
In large organizations, customer experience is shaped by dozens of teams, products, and channels, each seeing only part of the bigger picture. How can organizations truly understand what customers are experiencing? And how can customer feedback become more than a reporting metric, serving instead as a real driver of innovation? This seminar offers a practical perspective on turning customer feedback into innovation and business transformation. Drawing on real-world examples from a large banking organization, it explores how systematic listening to customers reveals unmet needs, how insights translate into new products and service improvements, and how cross-functional collaboration turns individual signals into meaningful change at scale.
Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming both innovation and intellectual property. This seminar provides a structured overview of the AI patent landscape, the legal framework governing the protection of AI-based inventions, and the impact of AI on patent practice.

A lot of companies pretend to disrupt the market by merely optimizing what already exists. True innovation demands a paradigm shift between future mindsets and market adoption. Join us for a 45-minute hard-core business simulation that shatters standard workshop formats and redefines how executives approach complex challenges. At Innovation Week at CSOB, you will experience the clash and fusion of two worlds: algorithms and "Human Magic." Grounded in the rigorous research of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method co-founder Johan Roos, this session moves far beyond standard ideation. You will first build 3D physical models of your dominant AI implementation challenges, activating five human superpowers: curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration. Then, we digitize your strategy. Using custom AI facilitators, you will capture your models via mobile, record voice inputs, and receive real-time AI synthesis—uncovering thematic clusters, sentiment, and structural blind spots across the room in minutes instead of months. Targeting CEOs, CTOs, Project Managers and designers, this workshop proves your irreplaceable advantage isn't competing with machines, but orchestrating human capabilities they cannot replicate. Walk away with a tangible framework for solving strategic complexities by combining hands-on wisdom with instant data analytics.
Build on the Shopfully SP2D methodology already in use. Combine the print-to-digital shift with store navigation and retail activation as a tangible follow-through. The interactive, audience-driven format lets participants work with their own estimates or sample figures and respond through live polling rather than receiving a lecture. The goal is to deliver practical value while positioning Shopfully as a partner for both the digital shift and in-store activation.
We will explore how AI search is becoming increasingly important and how it affects your brand’s visibility. You will learn what you can do to stay visible and grow your revenue through AI-driven traffic.
Corporate AI ideas usually do not die from a lack of ideas. They die when two questions are asked: where will our data flow, and how much will it cost us each month? The value between a promising use case and something that actually makes money for the company is most often lost right here. A public-cloud demo looks great until legal reviews it or someone starts counting tokens. That can stop it very quickly. We will therefore walk through the entire journey from brief to a running application on your own infrastructure. Not only the final application, but the development itself: we will use tools you know and probably already use, simply pointing them at a model running on your premises. Neither your code nor your data leaves the company, even while the application is being written. And because the model runs on your own hardware, there is no token limit or bill that grows with how much the team works. We will also show that this is not an all-or-nothing choice. Operations can be divided according to data sensitivity: confidential data stays with you, while the rest can go outside. Moving the application from a public model to a local one is a configuration change, not a code rewrite. You will see it live, sometimes shortened, but including steps that are usually skipped in presentations. You will leave with a clear idea of what a real AI application deployment looks like and where it is decided whether a use case remains a presentation or becomes something the company truly uses.
The real challenge for B2B startups does not begin with developing technology, but at the point where they need to convince customers and open doors to enterprise partners. What exactly are young companies missing in order to move to the next level? In this talk, we will take a closer look at the Ment2Grow accelerator. We will explore the needs of B2B founders—from building B2B sales and fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration to making effective use of mentoring. You will learn which types of support create the greatest leverage for startups in the growth stage.
Today, AI can speak, think, and create—often better than we can. For many of us, this creates tension, both conscious and unconscious, and raises a deeply personal question: “Who am I when AI can do it better?” This seminar is not about how to use AI or what we should fear about it. It is about us. About what we base our sense of self-worth on. About why we instinctively turn to AI before taking the time to engage with our own thoughts and feelings. And about the difference between allowing AI to reinforce our self-image and using it to support us in being our authentic selves. AI did not come from somewhere outside of us. It is part of our own development and a reflection of our needs. It genuinely fulfills some of those needs, while merely offering temporary relief for others. Learning to recognize the difference may be one of the most important challenges of our time—and it requires courage, kindness, and a sense of playfulness.
Every company looks for ways to reduce costs. One answer lies directly in innovation: the statutory research and development tax deduction. Eligible costs can be deducted from the tax base a second time, and from 2026 the deduction rises from 100% to 150%, saving CZK 315,000 for every million crowns spent. Eligible costs can also include the salaries of programmers, designers, technicians and other employees involved in development. Using concrete examples, we will show how to identify activities and costs that qualify and how to use this instrument safely to finance further innovation. Unlike grants, R&D tax support is not awarded through a competition. It does not depend on an open call or an available funding envelope; companies that meet the conditions have a legal entitlement to it. The seminar will be led by Miloslav Soukup, Senior Innovation Manager at Ayming, which has supported innovation for 40 years globally and 17 years in the Czech Republic.
How can we give AI sufficient autonomy without losing control over it? Isaac Asimov imagined that the behavior of intelligent robots could be governed by three simple laws. In reality, artificial intelligence will not be that simple. Today’s AI can write its own code, connect information at tremendous speed, and access systems and data using the permissions of a specific user. Security therefore cannot rely solely on AI correctly understanding the rules. It must be built into the environment in which the AI operates. In this seminar, we will examine the main risks of introducing autonomous AI into companies and the principles that can help manage those risks.
It may seem like a detail, but this is often where the first stumbling block appears during due diligence. You focus on the product, customers, and numbers. The question of who actually owns what you have built gets postponed. Yet it is one of the first questions an investor will ask. In this seminar, we will examine the rights to products created by employees and freelancers, AI-generated content, and open-source licenses. We will also look at typical gaps in contracts that often come to light only during due diligence. The goal is to show how to avoid these complications before they slow down or derail an entire funding round.
At the seminar, you will learn how to • eliminate email chaos, • streamline external and internal communication across the company, • seamlessly turn communication into tasks and vice versa, • find any information securely, in context and within 15 seconds, • maintain an overview of what is happening both within teams and from a management perspective, • ensure teamwork, continuity, remote collaboration and cooperation with external partners, • define clear responsibilities, • track time spent on individual tasks, • use AI meaningfully and securely, • gain flexibility when setting up and transforming processes, • become a manager with a complete overview of the company, • and more. The interactive section will discuss specific topics raised by participants. The seminar is intended for anyone considering how to communicate and work more intelligently, productively, collaboratively and calmly. The principles apply to companies and institutions of any size. Managers, team leaders, employees and freelancers can all take away useful information. Speaker Petr Garský has worked as a business consultant on numerous projects in a variety of environments. Drawing on this experience, he developed a methodology for effective communication and collaboration, which he subsequently transformed into the concept behind the Nardo Space tool. He shares his expertise through the development and implementation of Nardo Space and through independent professional consulting.
Poor communication with international employees costs companies time, money and talented people. How can information flow be designed so that language barriers do not get in the way, everyone remains engaged and the whole company pulls in the same direction? We will explore how to turn internal communication into a strategic tool that connects different cultures, prevents misunderstandings and helps foreign colleagues feel like a genuine part of the team. You will see concrete tips and proven practices that work—both humanly and operationally—in organizations large and small.
How do teenagers function in a world of social media, gaming, online communities, and AI? What can parents do when teens stop communicating, retreat into the digital world, or face ICT addiction, depression, eating disorders, and other difficulties? The topic is intended primarily for busy professionals who are also leaders within their families. The goal is to prevent long-term stress and conflict at home from undermining mental wellbeing, concentration, and performance at work.
What if the factor with the greatest impact on your performance, energy, and ability to manage stress were your BREATH? This interactive seminar guides you through the physiology of breathing and carbon dioxide in a way you can try immediately—no theory without practice. We will show why most people breathe in a way that quietly drains them, and how simple techniques can change energy, focus, and calm within minutes. Participants will try an indicative breath-tolerance test (BOLT), discover their current level, and learn specific breathing techniques they can use immediately after the seminar—during stress, before an important meeting, or in the evening for better sleep. The session includes a practical demonstration of CO₂ therapy using the CardiHaler, used by professional sports clubs such as VfB Stuttgart and the New York Mets. The seminar is based on the methodology of Anders Olsson, the Swedish founder of the Conscious Breathing Institute.
Powerful LLMs and agentic systems are dramatically expanding what AI can do. In enterprise deployments, however, AI stops being a chatbot and becomes an information system working with an organisation's internal documents, knowledge, users, permissions and processes. As uncertainty grows around the prices, licensing models and availability of cloud AI services, architectures that can operate in controlled or isolated environments become more important. An organisation needs to know where its data lives, who can access it, what the system has inferred from it and what happens when permissions change or a source is removed. Through practical demonstrations, the seminar will present a neuro-symbolic approach combining specialised components: document generation guided by an expert system, symbolic reasoning over possible hypotheses, transformation of natural language into a formal structure and the use of an ontology to improve RAG quality. A visualiser of the reasoning process will show how hypotheses are formed and progressively eliminated based on known facts. The aim is not to compete with large language models, but to show where an LLM makes sense, where a deterministic symbolic component is appropriate and how to combine them into a controllable neuro-symbolic architecture that can run on-premises or in isolation with lower computational and energy demands. The central question will therefore not be “Which model do you use?” but “How is the intelligence of the whole system put together, and how do you keep it under control?”

A short, practical workshop that will guide you through preparing for networking—from setting clear goals and starting conversations naturally to following up in a meaningful way. You’ll leave with practical tips, greater confidence in real networking situations, and a simple framework that will help you turn meetings into concrete opportunities for collaboration—and finally start enjoying networking.
How Startups Grow Before They Scale Thinking you can scale the way you grow will create friction you can't afford. This workshop goes into three areas where that friction starts: the Founder Identity Shift every founder has to make as the company outgrows them, the Decision Architecture that moves without you, and Revenue Quality, creating numbers or signals. We go deep on one or two. Which ones depend on the room. Expect honest work, not theory. You'll leave with something concrete. Format: 45 minutes, short provocation, hands-on work, takeaways. For: Early-stage founders between first revenue and EUR 2m.
Climate change is no longer solely an environmental issue. It is having an increasingly significant impact on our health—from the effects of polluted air and extreme temperatures to longer pollen seasons and the worsening of chronic respiratory diseases. At the same time, healthcare itself creates a substantial environmental footprint and faces the question of how to provide high-quality care more sustainably. In the podcast, we will explore the intersection of health, climate change and innovation. What does environmental change mean today for a patient with asthma or COPD? What role do air quality, heatwaves and changes in the pollen season play? And can new technologies, treatment approaches and healthcare innovations simultaneously improve patient outcomes and reduce the environmental impact of care? The discussion will also open a broader question about the future of healthcare: whether sustainability should be understood only as reducing emissions, or primarily as the ability to create a healthcare system that prevents deterioration of disease, limits unnecessary consumption of resources and can adapt to new health challenges.
As digitalization advances, the number of systems, applications, integrations, and accounts that need to be protected continues to grow. Cybersecurity is therefore no longer merely a technical topic for IT. It affects business operations, data protection, customer trust, and the costs associated with developing the digital environment. The seminar will show where security weaknesses most commonly arise in companies and how to identify them before they cause a serious problem. Using practical examples, we will demonstrate how security can be designed thoughtfully, using open technologies and without unnecessarily layering additional licensed tools. The goal is not security without cost, but a protection model that reflects the company’s real risks, supports further digitalization, and remains economically sustainable in the long term.
We have never had as much information about nutrition as we do today. Yet it is becoming increasingly difficult to know which information we can truly trust. Today we have scientists, influencers, the media, apps and artificial intelligence—and each may tell us something different. How can we navigate this flood of information? Together, we will explore why our perception of what is “healthy” may not always match nutritional reality, how nutrition myths arise and why some half-truths spread faster than facts. Using examples from everyday life—from “natural” products and sugar to ultra-processed foods—we will show why the world of nutrition is often more complex than simple black-and-white answers. The aim is not to tell people exactly what to eat, but to offer simple principles of critical thinking that can help us make better decisions in a world full of conflicting recommendations.
I spent eleven years building a company. After a successful exit, a new question emerged: how do you think about money that is no longer tied to your own business? I’ll share my transition from entrepreneurship to investing – how I started building my own portfolio, the role crypto plays in it, and why I decided to partner with Sigil Fund, which I have been working and investing with for the past two years. The seminar is for entrepreneurs, investors, and anyone still considering whether – and how – to include crypto in their portfolio. I’ll offer the personal perspective of someone making these decisions with his own money. A short presentation will be followed by 30 minutes of open discussion. With the session limited to a maximum of 30 participants, there will be plenty of space to go deeper and discuss your specific questions.
AI has made us rethink both the products we build and the way we develop software. From our first experiments with agents, we progressed to our own platform, where agents take on an ever-growing share of the work. Software development is one of the first fields in which AI works independently. The questions we face will sooner or later confront every company deploying agents: what exactly do they do, how much does it cost, what data can they access, and who verifies the result? The seminar will explain the decisions that led us to the platform and the ideas we abandoned. I will show what infrastructure agents need, how we verify their results, and what oversight we had to build. I will also discuss the changing role of a team that increasingly focuses on architectural and product-direction decisions, demonstrate the platform in its current form, and openly describe the problems we have not yet solved. For CTOs, AI leaders, and company executives who are introducing agents or planning to do so—not only in development. After the seminar, you can find us at our booth, where we will demonstrate what oversight of AI adoption looks like in practice.
Choosing between an off-the-shelf e-shop and custom development affects not only business growth, but also efficiency, margins and long-term costs. In this seminar, BlueGhost will show how we helped a building-supplies e-shop increase orders by 300%, improve its online-channel margin by 33% and sustain growth even through challenging periods. The key was not simply a website upgrade, but a fundamental shift in commercial strategy, processes and the approach to digitalization. We will examine the specific factors that determine the success of digital transformation—from business models and margins to integrations, logistics and expansion into new markets. We will show how the right technology choice affects not just the e-shop, but the entire company, and what the true long-term total cost of ownership (TCO) looks like. This talk is not only for e-commerce. It is for anyone considering how to modernize, scale and optimize business processes. If you are looking for inspiration for digital transformation, efficient scaling or stronger margins, join us for concrete examples and proven practices from the field.
We know how to choose an artificial-intelligence tool and are happy to spend thousands of crowns on tokens—yet when it comes to an ordinary laptop adapter or wireless charger, we often stop thinking and buy blindly based on the logo and price. Why? We will explain it through concrete examples. Using products that have received international awards for innovation and design, we will follow the entire journey from the first idea to the retail shelf. We will also explain the difference between a compatible device and a certified one—and why it matters what you buy and where you buy it. The second half addresses a question shaping the entire industry today: where should hardware actually be manufactured? We will examine production in Asia and the possibilities of moving it to Europe and the United States, what tariffs really mean, and why the U.S. government describes Czechia as merely an “assembler for China.”
AI is everywhere today, yet truly successful AI transformations remain surprisingly rare. Companies often start with technology before they properly understand how their own organization works, automate flawed processes, build on fragmented data, and underestimate the people who must actually implement the change. During this 50-minute talk, we will show concrete examples of where AI transformations most often fail and present our approach to transforming companies. We do not start with AI, but with understanding the company as a whole—its people, processes, technologies, data, key problems, and business priorities. Only then do we create a transformation roadmap, specific AI use cases, and a path to measurable results. The talk combines practical experience from transformation projects with a simple methodology for moving from AI experiments to real business impact.
For four years, he was responsible for OKTAGON MMA’s online marketing. He then founded the marketing agency eLead, which generated more than 54,000 leads and over CZK 1.2 billion in revenue for clients. He is now the founder and CEO of the snaprime app. Live on stage, he will build a complete Facebook lead-generation campaign from scratch in 15 minutes—from the ad and graphics to collecting enquiries. No agency, no theory. You will see what once took a team of several people and cost CZK 50,000 a month—and why you no longer need to pay anyone for it. An ideal workshop for anyone who wants to keep marketing and client acquisition under their own control. Come and see that this work no longer has to cost tens of thousands of crowns or take days of waiting.
Opero is the official networking partner of Innovation Week 2026 and brings the Business Speed Networking format to the programme. It is built on a simple principle: meet several people in a single session, quickly discover where your professional paths intersect, and create space for connections that can continue after the event. Each meeting has a clearly defined duration—long enough to learn who is sitting opposite you and whether you share a common topic, yet short enough to meet far more people in one evening than at a conventional networking event. You will meet entrepreneurs, professionals, and people from companies and start-ups who want to share experience and find new contacts, clients, partners, or inspiration. No drawn-out small talk and no reliance on chance. Opero will make sure you genuinely meet. Come and expand your network and discover what can grow from a few minutes of the right conversation.
In an age overflowing with information, AI news and never-ending tasks, we increasingly live inside our own heads. Perhaps one day we will face a predominantly virtual reality. Before that happens, let’s look at how our physical environment affects our brain, body and how we feel at work. How far has research at the intersection of technology and neuroscience progressed? What does common sense tell us, and how does our experience of designing workplaces fit in? We still spend dozens of hours a week and decades of our lives at work. The workplace should therefore meet what we genuinely need—and ideally what we want. In our view, both indiscriminate desk sharing and conventional open-plan offices have had their day. People want neither a sterile corporate office nor a cozy lounge. They want an environment that is productive + professional + creative + inspiring. So how can we create a workplace where it is easy to concentrate, collaborate and think—without going crazy? We are architects from CAPEXUS, a company that designs and delivers workplaces from the initial concept to the finished interior.
Moving from top specialist to team leader is one of the most critical transformations in a business career. The expertise that took you to the top suddenly stops being enough; success requires a radical shift in how you think, communicate and take responsibility. This talk reveals how to move effectively from “me” to “we”: from solving tasks individually to creating the conditions in which an entire team can perform. We will explore how to avoid common traps such as micromanagement, rescuing tasks at the expense of developing people, and failing to delegate—all of which lead to frustration and burnout.
This seminar is built for founders weighing how to finance growth without giving up control, from early-stage deep-tech teams to startups preparing their next round, along with the accelerators and investors backing them. ADDSEN enables the best of both for deep-tech startups and their investors by combining investments with sensible grants. Too often, founders treat equity and public funding as an either/or choice, but the two work best together. Pairing equity investment with Horizon Europe grants lets your startup benefit from: - Longer runway with less dilution - Validation through EU-funded partnerships that strengthen credibility - European-scale networks and pathways to growth - Business-ready positioning ahead of regulatory and standards demands Drawing on ADDSEN's experience across dozens of EU-funded projects, we will look at the most common mistakes in grant applications and how to avoid them, illustrated with real startup success stories. At our seminar during Innovation Week Prague, we will explore how to structure your funding stack, investor and grant combined, and tailor a path for your technology, pilots, and scale-up. The seminar is co-funded by the SCALE HER Horizon Europe project aiming at deep tech funding.
How do you integrate artificial intelligence into sales and business processes while keeping your IT clear and efficient? Practical AI adoption and company growth go hand in hand with sustainable infrastructure. Using Binturonix as an example, we will openly show our real journey and the key decisions involved in finding the right balance between off-the-shelf solutions, external partnerships and custom development. We will cover three areas: - Modern work in 2026: a panel discussion on how to divide responsibilities between an internal team and external partners. - How we migrated Binturonix three times—and rebranded along the way: lessons from moving from on-premises systems to Microsoft and Google Workspace, connecting accounts, stabilizing the environment and managing a rebrand during full operation. - Sales efforts in the AI era—external SDR versus in-house AI development: why did we choose our own application over a purchased service? We will present an agentic workflow in practice, rapid prototyping and a demo. You will take away a proven framework for deciding what to build in-house, what to delegate to partners and how to scale sales results with lean, well-organized IT infrastructure.
The digital age and the human factor can both be sources of pressure, stress and discomfort. What role do we ourselves play in all of this? Is it enough to establish our own coping mechanisms, or is cooperation among the CEO, managers and colleagues essential? How can we use the communication spaces that already exist in companies, NGOs and schools? And is it really only about creating the right space and conditions, or must that space also be filled by the right people? We will discuss personal resilience and team resilience in a world overloaded with information and demands on our attention, drawing on the speakers’ own experience and the stories they encounter in their work. Participants will experience wellbeing in practice, with room for questions and personal contributions from the audience.
By its very nature, the corporate environment is not designed to support the creation of genuinely innovative ideas, let alone turn them into real innovations. This is why the concept of open innovation emerged, drawing innovative ideas from outside the company itself. Which formats work in our environment, and what can you expect from each of them? We will explain concretely what you need to establish within your company, what team composition you need internally and why, which capabilities are required for implementation and where to find them, and what pitfalls you may encounter.
You'll arrive with questions. You'll get some answers and guidance. And possibly an uncomfortable feeling that your organization could work very differently than it does today. Self-managing organizations aren't a utopia. They exist. In manufacturing, banking, tech. Y Soft, a Brno-based company with 400 people, eliminated managers across most of the business - and performance skyrocketed. Handelsbanken pushed decision-making to individual branches decades ago and remains one of Europe's more resilient banks. Haier runs as a network of thousands of micro-enterprises inside one corporation. What do they share? Teams with real authority and autonomy. Transparency instead of reporting layers. Trust and processes instead of control. This session also introduces the PACE® framework - Proactive, Adaptive, Conscious, Empowered organizations. And shows how these principles translate into practice. We'll walk through real case studies, honest limitations, and what actually blocks innovation inside organizations. Including, probably, yours. And how an implementation of bits and pieces can start.
Vít Hruška heads ATREUM, a law firm focused on digital law, and already provides companies with practical guidance on the AI Act—whether they are providers of an AI system, ordinary users, or are building their own tool or content using third-party AI. Topics will include: - when AI-generated content must be visibly labelled and when human review is sufficient, - what the law requires from chatbots and similar tools that communicate directly with people, - what the forthcoming Digital Omnibus changes and what to watch out for, - and how to navigate all of this even if law is not your field. This seminar is for anyone who actually uses AI in their company and wants to be sure they comply with the law.
How should investors approach apartment buildings today, and where can their true potential be found? This talk will introduce the investment approach of REAL LUXEMBOURG SICAV, a fund focused on acquiring, renovating, and creating long-term value in residential real estate. Drawing on practical experience, it will show what lies behind a successful investment in an apartment building—from selecting the right property and assessing its potential to acquisition, financing, renovation, management, and further development. Special attention will be paid to how thoughtful modernization can increase a property’s value, improve the quality of housing, and at the same time preserve the character of the original urban fabric. The talk will also offer an inside look at how a real estate investment fund operates and explain how REAL LUXEMBOURG SICAV evaluates individual investment opportunities, project returns, risks, and the long-term value creation of its portfolio. Participants will gain not only an overview of current trends in apartment-building investment and renovation, but above all a practical understanding of how a property with untapped potential can be transformed into a carefully designed investment with a long-term outlook.

When AI can generate answers in seconds, asking the right questions becomes more valuable than ever. How do we challenge familiar assumptions, make unexpected connections and come up with ideas that are truly our own? In this interactive seminar, Tomáš Sedláček will explore how to develop creative thinking in an age of AI. Through practical exercises, participants will try new ways to approach familiar problems, reframe professional challenges and use technology as a spark for fresh ideas. You will leave with practical approaches to bring more curiosity and creativity into your everyday work.
The debate about energy and sustainability is changing. The climate crisis and ethical arguments are receding into the background, while economics, returns, efficiency and, in Europe, energy security and independence increasingly determine decisions. What does this shift mean for companies—and above all for those communicating their stories? The seminar with Antenna Group will offer a practical perspective on communications in an environment where public interest, local opposition, political sentiment and commercial interests collide. We will examine wind energy and other technologies for which having a good product is no longer enough—you also need to communicate it convincingly. The second fundamental change is the rise of AI. How is it changing the work of communications agencies? What does it mean for content, relationships with journalists, recruitment and the price of work? And where does human judgment remain irreplaceable? Expect a debate on how to communicate topics that can provoke crises, resistance and strong emotions in the AI era—and how to turn communications into a tool for building trust, rather than merely defending against reputational risks.
LinkedIn offers an enormous opportunity—whether you want to build a brand, recruit talent or open new business conversations. Your personal profile is the key to success. Come and discover how to find the right contacts on the platform, build influence through a strategic network and engage your audience with relevant content.
How to enable business customers to connect applications, automate their own processes, and use AI directly within your product Business customers expect software to adapt to their processes, not the other way around. How can you let them connect your product with other applications and create their own AI-powered automations without every new request ending up in the development backlog? Using concrete examples from hospitality, banking, and other B2B services, we will show how an embedded automation layer can turn an application into an extensible platform. We will explain when a traditional workflow is enough, where AI delivers real value, and when using an AI agent makes sense—all securely, directly inside the product, and under your own brand.
Effective leadership starts with the ability to ask better questions and understand what truly deserves our attention. Leaders, founders, and teams often jump straight into solving. But that can mean solving the wrong problem — or addressing only its most visible layer. In the age of AI, this matters even more. Answers, ideas, and recommendations can be generated almost instantly. That’s exactly why we need to know when to slow down. In this hands-on workshop, participants will work with a real challenge of their own. Using a simple framework, we’ll look beneath the surface of the problem and identify the questions that are actually worth exploring further. The second part of the workshop focuses on turning clearer understanding into greater impact. We’ll explore how to frame an issue in a way that helps engage others more effectively and shape what happens next. The workshop is practical and interactive. It is designed for people who want to think better, make better decisions, and have a greater impact on what happens around them.
Regulation, banks, AI and security are rewriting the rules of the game. Coinmate, the oldest Czech cryptocurrency exchange, maps how the Czech sector is becoming more professional—who keeps crypto secure today, whom to trust with your money, and what this means for businesses and individuals.
Artificial intelligence, automation, data, new regulatory requirements, and growing pressure on cybersecurity. Technology is changing the way companies operate faster than ever before, and alongside new opportunities it is introducing risks that many organizations still underestimate. Global law firm DLA Piper, in cooperation with the Czech Association of Artificial Intelligence (ČAUI), invites you to an exclusive seminar offering a practical perspective on the key trends shaping business in 2026. We will focus not only on the benefits of artificial intelligence and digital innovation, but also on the legal, reputational, and security challenges that can have a fundamental impact on business. Which trends will determine companies’ competitiveness in the coming years? Where do organizations most often make mistakes when implementing AI? And which risks tend to be overlooked until they cause significant financial or operational problems? The seminar will feature Tomáš Ščerba, DLA Piper partner and technology expert, together with Lukáš Benzl, Executive Director of ČAUI. Participants will gain an up-to-date overview of AI developments, practical market experience, and recommendations on how to prepare for the future while managing the associated risks effectively.
What if fatherhood is not an obstacle to performance at work, but one of the most intensive schools of leadership? The role of fathers is changing. More and more men want not only to succeed at work, but also to be truly present in their children’s lives. Yet corporate culture and social expectations often fail to keep pace with this change. The seminar will explore what active fatherhood brings to employees and companies alike. How does parenting develop the ability to lead others, set priorities, manage conflict, work with emotions and make decisions under uncertainty? Why do men sometimes fail to use the flexibility available to them? And what can employers and managers change without introducing additional costly benefits? The seminar will offer a new perspective on working fathers, concrete examples from the corporate environment and a simple audit of company culture. It is intended for HR professionals, managers, employers and anyone interested in the future of work, leadership and family. We may discover that being a good father and a good leader are not two different roles.
Almost everyone now uses personal assistants such as ChatGPT or Copilot. But between “asking AI” and “AI reliably doing company work,” there are three more steps—and most companies do not know which one they are standing on. We will explore four levels of enterprise AI: personal assistants, trustworthy knowledge AI over company data, agentic process automation, and Physical AI with humanoid robotics. The first three are available right now using the data and systems you already have. The fourth is the future discussed at every conference. Between the third and fourth steps lies another that is rarely discussed: an exact description of the work. Until a company can break a person’s activity into steps, inputs, outputs and checkpoints, it cannot hand that activity to either a software agent or a robot. It is unexciting work, which is why almost nobody does it. Anyone who skips this step will not reach level four, no matter how many humanoids they buy. At Akkodis, we build knowledge layers over company documentation and agentic automation connected to real systems: ERP, PLM, ticketing and email. We will show what each level requires in terms of data, integrations and governance, where projects most often get stuck, and how many humanoids have actually been manufactured versus how many are genuinely working. You will leave with a map showing where your company stands, the least expensive next step and what is not worth doing until the previous levels are complete. The seminar is intended for people responsible for AI in their organizations, or those who want to move up one level: leaders in manufacturing, engineering, IT and digitalization—especially if you have a pilot that has gone nowhere for a year, or a process everyone knows AI could handle but people still perform manually. We will be at our booth after the seminar. Bring your case and we will review it with you.
What happens when a company grows faster than its management systems? When the owner starts losing control, key people are overloaded, processes stop working, and the numbers begin to raise warning signs? At that point, a consultant with a presentation is not enough. The company needs someone who will take responsibility. An interim manager enters the company, quickly understands the reality of the business, identifies the true causes of its problems, and takes charge of the change. They stabilize the team, define responsibilities, processes, controlling, and priorities. They do not see digitalization as buying new software, but as a tool for improving performance, transparency, and the company’s ability to grow. The talk will show what interim management looks like in Czech companies without theory or management clichés—from the first day in the company, through unpopular decisions, to the point when the business is more stable, more efficient, and ready to continue without the interim manager. The point is not to advise a company on what it should change. The point is to actually deliver that change.
What if helping nature grow is the best business model in the world? Most companies build their business around a 10-year journey to an exit. At Sázíme Česko, we are building a company for the next 500 years. No subsidies. No grants. No greenwashing. Our primary goal is a richer, healthier natural environment—and we achieve it by delivering real value to the market. The more we grow as a business, the more the forests around us grow too. Profit is not the goal. It is the fuel. Come and discover how your business can become Nature Positive too.
Change is no longer an exceptional event; it is a normal part of working life. New processes, AI, reorganizations and constantly shifting expectations require us to adapt continuously, often without time to pause and reflect. Adaptability is therefore no longer a skill reserved for major transformations—it has become part of everyone’s everyday psychological toolkit. The greatest challenge is often not change itself, but its volume and pace, which can lead to overload, uncertainty or gradual disengagement. Our ability to adapt is revealed not only in major moments of transformation, but above all in ordinary situations: working with uncertainty, accepting feedback, handling mistakes, leaving routines behind or responding in new ways. These everyday micro-moments gradually shape our readiness for change and our ability to respond flexibly rather than resist. The seminar explores how small behavioural habits and everyday situations can strengthen this capacity and help us navigate uncertainty at work.
The seminar begins with a demonstration you can join. Through Mo.one Pomáhá, you can support one of three organizations from your phone: by tapping the phone, with no card, app installation or registration. Those who create an account will immediately understand the Díky Tobě programme as well. We will use this experience to show what had to change to make this possible in the Czech Republic. In November 2025, the Czech National Bank issued an opinion requiring banks to remove obstacles in instant-payment interfaces. The initiative arose from an analysis by Mo.one, a licensed payment institution. We will explain what this means for merchants, e-shops and companies that currently pay to accept cards, and where the market stands in October 2026. We will look at Brazil and India, where account-to-account payments reduced cards’ market share to a fraction within a few years, and show that the Czech Republic has the same infrastructure but previously lacked access to it. In practical terms, we will walk through checkout and tableside payment via Mo.one Hub, a payment link for e-shops, and integration into a partner’s own application via an SDK. Finally, we will present where Mo.one is heading: money in a message, with verified people and businesses in a single app. Europe has its own instant-payment infrastructure, but no widely used messenger of its own. We are building both. For: retail and restaurant operators, e-commerce, retail product managers and companies with their own app. Bring a phone with a banking app.
People are asking search engines less and ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Claude much more. Instead of ten blue links, they receive a single answer. You are either included in it or you are not—and most companies have no idea which applies to them, how to influence it, or how to measure it. We will demonstrate this using concrete examples. Who it is for: marketing and e-commerce leaders, managers, and business owners whose search traffic is declining and who want to understand why.
Corporate systems often contain twenty years of knowledge that AI cannot access on its own: definitions, rules, exceptions and historical context that give the data its real meaning. In the past, making this knowledge accessible meant a migration project lasting several years. AI-assisted migration, however, fundamentally changes both the pace and risk of modernization. Much of the analysis, code conversion and validation can be automated, turning years into months. In the workshop, we will show not only how to accelerate such a migration, but above all what the company gains from it: AI working with its own governed data, faster time to market, scaling according to actual needs, and a single environment in which costs and governance can be managed effectively. We will also look at where modernization projects most often lose time. The issue is frequently not the technology, but management decisions. You will leave with specific questions worth asking before approving the next modernization budget.
Education for the 21st century requires more than transferring knowledge to students. It is essential to develop their ability to understand and apply what they learn in real life, think critically, collaborate and work independently. This talk presents a comprehensive system for integrating key capabilities—soft skills—into teaching. The model draws on the Czech national curriculum’s key competencies and the principles of 21st Century Learning Design. It covers six core areas: self-management, collaboration, communication, presentation, problem-solving and practical skills, including digital competencies. These abilities are naturally embedded across subjects, with expected outcomes progressing systematically from Year 1 to Year 9. The talk will also introduce a formative assessment system based on a four-level progress scale that tracks each student’s independence and how frequently they apply the skills in school situations. The model supports individual development, self-reflection and students taking responsibility for their own learning. The session offers inspiration for turning key competencies from a formal framework into a practical, functional tool for developing students in today’s world.
This seminar offers a practical perspective on managing customer experience as a driver of innovation and business transformation. Drawing on real-world examples from a large banking organization, it explores how companies can use customer feedback, data, and cross-functional collaboration to improve experiences at scale.
You know what you want to change. You have promised yourself many times—at New Year, after a holiday, or after yet another “I’ve really had enough” moment. And then, a few weeks later, you find yourself back where you started. It is not because you lack willpower. It is because no one has explained how change actually works in the brain—and why motivation and self-discipline are the weakest tools to rely on. In this talk, we will look at what makes change truly lasting, and you will leave with a concrete “how,” not another “what.”
Online therapy is an integral part of a comprehensive approach to treating obesity. Martin Cvrkal uses technology to enable frequent, structured contact with patients through online group therapy. In this seminar, he will share his experience with this form of treatment and explain why obesity requires a comprehensive approach—it is not “just about willpower.” He will focus on recurring mechanisms that perpetuate the problem, including triggers, the failure–deterioration cycle and fluctuating motivation, as well as how mental wellbeing and everyday functioning change over the course of treatment. The session will also include anonymized patient stories showing how an online format can support sustainable change, continuity of care and practical skills for everyday situations. The seminar will emphasize that people dealing with overweight or obesity should not be left without professional guidance.
The seminar will offer an outlook on the future of EU funding and explore the opportunities that European programmes may bring to Czech companies, research organisations, and other stakeholders across the innovation ecosystem. Particular attention will be given to support for research and development, the implementation of innovation in practice, digitalisation, automation and robotics, the development of strategic technologies, and the strengthening of companies’ own research and development capacities. The discussion will also focus on the changing priorities of the European Union and their potential impact on the shape of funding after 2027. Another key topic will be how to connect European and national funding sources more effectively, support technology transfer, and create conditions that enable Czech companies to make better use of EU funding for their further growth and development. The seminar will present the current direction of European support and highlight the areas that may become increasingly important for strengthening the competitiveness of the Czech economy in the future. The discussion will also address how support mechanisms can be designed to better reflect the needs of businesses, research organisations, and a rapidly evolving technological environment. Attention will also be given to lessons learned from the implementation of current programmes and to how future support can build on these experiences in the next programming period.
Google is no longer the only place where people search for information about brands. With the rise of AI, the way people discover companies, products, and experts is changing—and so are the rules of PR, marketing, and reputation building. How can you ensure that your brand is visible, credible, and correctly interpreted in generative AI responses? What is GEO, and why is AI visibility becoming a new discipline in corporate communication? The seminar will offer a practical look at how brand reputation work is changing and why, in the new era of PR, decisions will be shaped not only by media and search engines but also by AI models.
Generative AI is changing what customers expect from digital banking. Digital assistants are evolving from simple chatbots into intelligent engagement layers that understand context, provide personalized guidance and increasingly take action. In this session, we will explore the key trends shaping the future of banking assistants — and the challenges banks need to solve along the way, from trust and accuracy to data, security and technology.
How to bridge the gap between digital hype and operational reality by fixing your processes before you implement new tech. A framework to simplify and standardize your business so your digital & AI investments actually deliver ROI.
A workshop devoted entirely to sharing: let’s inspire and learn from one another about all the ways agents help us in our lives. Both advanced users and those who do not yet have anything to demonstrate are welcome. Let’s show the agents we have built—or simply AI processes that do not end with a single chat response, but actually create something or make something happen—for personal or professional productivity and other needs. For each example, we will spend a few minutes describing what the process does and how it works. Anything is welcome, from a skill or workflow to a broader system of agents on any AI platform. It might be an AI that uses questions and constructive challenge to help you devise a strategy and then turns your ideas into an interactive diagram for a client. Or one that plans and places a week’s grocery order based on what is in your fridge and your cooking skills. Or a personal assistant that manages your day and tasks. Or... show us yours! We will then extract best practices from every demonstration: how advanced users can develop their agents further, and how beginners can get started. (We will not cover complete enterprise solutions, personal second brains and AI operating systems, ready-made applications from other companies, or the technology itself—the idea and the value it brings you matter more.)
B2B sales has undergone a fundamental transformation in recent years. Data and artificial intelligence are becoming not only a competitive advantage, but a prerequisite for growth. Companies that use them intelligently know exactly whom to approach, when and with what message. In this talk, Martin Skalický from Saleskit will show how to turn a sales team into a unit whose activities are driven by data. You will learn how to define an ideal customer profile (ICP) in the digital age, what buying signals are and how to identify them automatically. We will also demonstrate how to connect AI and CRM so they become engines of growth rather than a “digital graveyard” for data. If you want to get the most from your sales team and stay one step ahead of the competition, don’t miss this session.
How do you stay close to your customers, and build systems that don’t break, when your audience grows from hundreds to tens of thousands? In this interactive workshop, I’ll share lessons from building and scaling JetBrains’ global startup ecosystem, which has supported more than 55,000 startups worldwide, including companies such as Canva, Wolt, and Bolt. We’ll explore how to turn customer insights into strategy, identify the signals that matter, decide what to prioritize, and build approaches that continue to work as your audience grows. We’ll also look at how AI is changing the way companies can understand customers, spot patterns, and operate at scale, and where human judgment still matters. Through practical scenarios and real-world examples, participants will explore the challenges of making customer decisions at scale. You’ll leave with practical ideas for understanding your audience, making better growth decisions, and staying customer-focused as your business scales.
Today, company data is spread across CRM, ERP, marketing platforms, customer support, and reporting systems. In this seminar, we will show how to build a unified AI layer on top of these systems using a CDP and Model Context Protocol (MCP), allowing employees to interact with company data in natural language. Using concrete examples, we will demonstrate how an AI agent can connect customer and behavioral data with other business systems, identify sales opportunities, recommend next steps, and, once approved, carry out specific actions.
AI no longer wants only to answer. It is beginning to act, make decisions, and shop on our behalf. What happens when an AI agent, rather than a person, selects a product, creates an order, and initiates payment? The seminar will open the topic of agentic commerce and the questions that come with it: Whom will we trust with our decisions and money? How will an agent know whom it can trust? How will a merchant know that an agent can be trusted? And how will the roles of payments, identity, security, and brands change in a world where AI takes over part of purchasing decisions? The agents are ready. The question is whether we are ready too.
Going global is no longer something startups need to wait for until they have conquered their home market. The most successful startups increasingly design their products, business models and go-to-market strategies with international markets in mind from the very beginning. This seminar explores how founders can build a “global-by-design” startup, one that is ready to identify, enter and scale across international markets without having to reinvent itself at every stage of growth. We will explore practical questions such as: Which markets should you target first? How do you know if your product is globally relevant? What needs to change across pricing, positioning, partnerships and GTM? And how can you test international demand before making significant investments? Whether you are at the idea, MVP, market-validation or early-growth stage, this session will provide a practical framework to think beyond your home market and build a startup capable of competing globally. Outcome: A clear understanding of the key decisions founders should make today to create tomorrow’s international growth opportunities.
A talk about when it makes sense to run local models on your own hardware and when relying on the cloud is more advantageous. As companies increasingly address sensitive-data protection, compliance, costs, and response speed, this is no longer merely a technical curiosity but a practical decision affecting the entire operation. The talk offers a clear framework for deciding when investment in an in-house GPU server, smaller inference infrastructure, or an edge solution genuinely pays off—and when it only introduces unnecessary complexity, operational burden, and higher total costs. It also shares concrete experience from real-world operations at Alza.cz, including practical motivations, implementation obstacles, and trade-offs between performance, security, scalability, and maintenance.
Today, AI can create an application that looks great in moments. A few prompts are enough to produce a prototype that would previously have taken days or weeks of work. But real software is not only about whether “it works.” What happens when the application gains more users? What impact will AI-generated code have on performance, security, architecture, maintenance, or technical debt? And who will recognize that an apparently elegant solution has a flaw that may not become visible for several months? Vibe coding is certainly not something to avoid. It is a new tool that significantly accelerates development. However, we need to understand its limits and how to use it in real software development—otherwise it can easily lead to a production disaster. The devil is in the details. If we do not understand them, the speed of AI development can become extremely expensive.
The seminar offers a comprehensive view of the seventy-year development and future of artificial intelligence. It traces the journey from Claude Shannon’s information theory, Markov models, and statistical speech recognition through neural networks, RNNs, and the Transformer architecture to today’s GPT, Claude, and Gemini models. The second part focuses on agentic systems and AI’s shift from answering questions to autonomously completing complex tasks. The conclusion explores recursive self-improvement, accelerated scientific discovery, and possible paths toward AGI.
Almost anyone can build an AI demo today. The real challenge begins when a company manages an extensive product catalogue, keeps customer and operational data across ERP, PIM, e-commerce, CRM and other systems, and expects AI not only to answer questions but to act safely. Using real scenarios and customer stories, we will show how AI agents can identify a problem in data, obtain the necessary context, and carry out a controlled action across company tools. Participants will take away a practical framework for assessing whether their company is ready to move from AI experiments to real operations. The seminar is primarily intended for companies in retail, e-commerce, distribution and manufacturing that work with large volumes of product and operational data.
AI is already being used in most companies. The problem is that no one knows about it because employees have started using it on their own—through personal accounts where company data may be exposed. The question is no longer whether to adopt AI, but whether you can implement it before your employees do it their own way. In this workshop, we will explore what it takes to transform a company into an AI-first organization in practice. What needs to change in internal processes? How can you establish rules that employees have no reason to bypass? And how can you keep AI operations secure and compliant? Vláďa will demonstrate how AI is being used within our company and by our clients. David will provide the governance framework, covering access permissions, data handling, and the auditability of every action. Who should attend: CIOs, COOs, and security and operations leaders responsible for deploying AI across their organizations—not just running pilot projects.
Football sponsorship is no longer just about brand visibility. It is about creating meaningful connections, engaging passionate communities, and delivering measurable business impact. Through the example of AC Sparta Praha, this seminar will demonstrate how strategic partnerships help brands achieve their marketing and commercial objectives while becoming part of one of the strongest sports platforms in the Czech Republic. The session will present Sparta's partnership ecosystem and the wide range of assets available to sponsors, including stadium visibility, digital and social media channels, content collaborations, hospitality experiences, B2B networking opportunities, and community initiatives. Through real-life partnership examples, attendees will gain insight into how sponsorship can be tailored to specific marketing and business goals, creating authentic connections between brands and one of the most passionate fan communities in Czech sport.
We treat AI as a tool for increasing productivity: how to adopt it faster, how to automate work with it, and how to teach ourselves and/or employees to use new technologies. But what if that view is unnecessarily narrow? With each new generation of AI, the amount of work a human must do to create value decreases. This changes not only how we work, but the very economics of work: what is scarce, what is valuable, and what people and organizations will be willing to pay for. The talk will look beyond today’s “AI adoption” and ask a simpler, but considerably more uncomfortable question: What will have value when AI can do almost everything we currently think of as work? How technology changes the way value is created and discovered, why some innovations emerge outside traditional structures, and why the ability to experiment quickly may matter more than the ability to predict the future accurately. Perhaps we will also begin to question current structures: How can organizations create an environment in which they can discover new sources of value before their competitors do?
AI is rapidly changing from an assistant into an active participant in companies’ work. Agents are beginning to take over tasks, make decisions, work with data and intervene in business processes. This is creating something new: alongside people, systems and the organizational structure, a new digital layer of the company is emerging. With it comes a question that management will have to start addressing: how can this new layer be managed, coordinated and kept under control? The seminar will show why this may become one of the most important challenges for enterprise AI in the coming years.
Investors decide whether to lean in or check their phone in the first minute of a pitch. Most founders lose them there. Not because the idea is weak, but because they explain the product before anyone feels the problem, sound like their slides instead of themselves, and never actually make the ask. This is not a lecture. You'll be on your feet, pitching, cutting what doesn't land and rebuilding what does. Forty-five minutes later you'll have a better pitch, more confidence, and a worksheet to take into your next investor meeting, demo day or boardroom. Who it's for: founders and co-founders preparing to raise or pitch, and anyone who has to sell an idea in under a minute --> corporate innovators, researchers spinning out, accelerator teams. If you need them to believe it, this is for you. Bring your pitch or just an idea. Even a rough one.
Artificial intelligence is changing how software applications are developed and operated, while also introducing new security risks and regulatory requirements. In this presentation, we will show how AI can be used safely to analyze source code and identify vulnerabilities before they are exploited. We will demonstrate how this approach helps accelerate development, reduce the cost of fixing defects, improve application quality, and strengthen control over software delivered by internal and external teams. We will also show its value in meeting the requirements of regulations and standards such as DORA, CRA, ISO 27001, ISO 27002, and ISO 42001.
As AI becomes embedded across every function of the enterprise, organizations are evolving from networks of people into networks of people and intelligent systems. This panel explores how AI copilots, autonomous agents, and collective intelligence frameworks are transforming the way teams collaborate, make decisions, and execute work. As human expertise is increasingly augmented by machine intelligence, what happens to leadership, accountability, and organizational design? The discussion will examine the rise of multi-agent workflows, AI-assisted decision-making, and the new models of collaboration emerging across industries. Ultimately, the panel asks how organizations can harness the combined strengths of humans and AI to build more adaptive, innovative, and resilient businesses.
Are we leaving ourselves room to grow? AI is the one and it seems most recently the ONLY topic everyone is talking about. And with great reason. It is delivering unimaginable efficiencies and breakthroughs in all areas of life: from shopping groceries, to solving the biggest mathematical problems of the century, to taking huge strides in curing cancer. We use it every day for all sorts of tasks. But are we getting too reliant on its power? Are we trading cognitive development and character strengths for too much comfort? Are we aware of the trade-offs we are making when we shortcut our way through hard things? What will be left for you in situations and environments where you will not be able to reach for AI help? We need challenge, and we need to do hard things. We need to develop the muscles and the skills to stick and commit to long-term goals, to bounce back from setbacks and take failure as a way of learning, to develop and lead with our own unique voice, and to build meaningful relationships that last. This is the work only you can do. That is what we will explore with GROW: Grit, Resilience, Originality and Warmth. You cannot prompt your way to character.
Prague Integrated Transport now generates millions of data records every day. Just a few years ago, however, most of this data existed only inside closed systems and was practically unusable. Using concrete examples, we will show how PID’s open-data platform was created—a platform that now powers passenger apps, stop information systems, analytical tools and third-party services. We will trace the journey from manually transcribed timetables to real-time data tracking thousands of connections and helping transport operators manage the network more effectively. The seminar will examine the technological and organizational barriers involved, the battle against vendor lock-in and tangible results that can inspire other public institutions and technology companies.

SUCCESS FOR THE LONG RUN Longevity as Part of the Long-Term Performance of Managers and Companies Longevity is an increasingly discussed topic in both private and professional life. Companies are addressing it from top management to specialized departments focused on health, prevention and people’s long-term performance. The Longevity Mastermind by Orgánový věk will offer a practical demonstration of what longevity truly means, what a comprehensive programme for individuals and companies can look like, and how to integrate it meaningfully into the workplace. We will focus on concrete, measurable outcomes using the Orgánový věk diagnostics and plan. We will explore the topic on three levels: Me as a manager: How to care for energy, health, resilience and performance over the long term. My key people: How to support their health, performance and potential. My company: How proactive care for people’s health can support growth, stability and long-term company performance. Participants will take away: A practical framework for approaching longevity personally and within a company. An overview of what can be measured and how to work with concrete data. Inspiration for connecting health, wellbeing and people’s long-term performance. Concrete examples of corporate longevity programmes and their measurable outcomes. A basic idea of how to create and implement your own longevity programme.

I will show you the stack we use at Eden Makers for campaigns for Allwyn, BMW and Planeo. You will take away a concrete workflow, tool prices and the latest know-how in AI video.
AI is generating more noise, more posts, and more “thought leadership” that sounds like everyone else. Visibility is becoming even more important as AI takes over so much of our communication. How can you stand out? How can you create a presence that rises above “AI slop” and differentiates you? Find out in this networking session why personal branding is the new “hot” skill in the AI era!
Who is today’s affluent customer, and what do they truly expect from banks, brands, and service providers? Income or wealth alone no longer gives us a sufficient answer. People with comparable financial means can have entirely different needs, motivations, and life priorities. Their actual behavior therefore often reveals more than traditional customer segmentation. The seminar will show how affluent customers spend, how their payment behavior differs, and why the amount spent is not the only deciding factor. We will examine the importance of travel, gastronomy, experiences, international mobility, and other areas that reflect their lifestyle. We will also show why affluent customers increasingly value their time, simplicity, control, relevant personalization, and services that remove unnecessary complications. Using concrete examples, participants will learn how payment data can identify customers with premium potential and provide a better understanding of their needs. The seminar will also explore the changing role of premium products. The product alone is no longer enough. Value is increasingly created by combining a high-quality payment solution, useful benefits, exceptional experiences, digital services, and a human approach. The aim is to show how companies can turn an understanding of affluent customers into a more relevant offer, stronger loyalty, and sustainable business growth.

Two years ago, we let PMs, designers, and QA contribute directly to our existing codebase using AI. What followed wasn’t just faster shipping – it was a quiet shift in how our team made decisions, handled ownership, and thought about their roles. I'll share what actually happened when role boundaries dissolved: which features are safe to delegate to non-devs, why a messy working prototype beats a clean PRD, and how our engineers review AI-generated code from teammates.
How can you make new connections without appearing forced? How do you follow up without becoming annoying? And how do you build a personal brand that opens doors before the first meeting even happens? This practical seminar brings together two skills that fundamentally shape the creation of new opportunities: building high-quality relationships and working deliberately with a personal brand. Using concrete examples from his business projects, Bruno Dvorský will show how to approach people you want to connect with, how to stand out without empty “networking,” and how to offer value before asking for something. Participants will learn how to start conversations effectively online and in person, follow up naturally, and gradually turn a new contact into a long-term relationship or mutually beneficial collaboration. The seminar will also explore personal brand as a reputation shaped by every piece of content, every interaction and the way we work with people. The goal is not to collect as many business cards, followers or LinkedIn contacts as possible. The goal is to become someone others remember, trust and want to create new projects and opportunities with.
Get to know some new colleagues with fun AI error-inspired improv games for everyone! Step out of your head and into your body with 45 minutes of easy, fun and quick games that get you moving, laughing, and exploring how our minds (like AI) can invent surprising “truths.” Through short, playful exercises with names, gestures, and everyday objects, we’ll experiment with perception, habitual responses, and creative misfires. Think of it as human improvisation with the charming unpredictability of an AI hallucination. No experience required - just curiosity and a sense of humor.
Customer acquisition is getting harder. Ad costs keep rising, outbound is noisier than ever, and AI is making it easier for everyone to produce the same content and campaigns. The companies pulling ahead aren't necessarily spending more—they're building ecosystems of partners that bring them customers every single day. The challenge isn't finding partners. It's finding the right partners. Most businesses mistake networking for partnership strategy, chase logo collections instead of business outcomes, and invest months into relationships that never generate meaningful growth. In this seminar, you'll discover how high-growth companies identify, evaluate, and activate partnerships that become predictable customer acquisition channels. You'll learn a practical framework for choosing the right partners, structuring partnerships that create mutual value, and avoiding the mistakes that cause most partnership initiatives to stall. This isn't a theory session. It's built on firsthand industry insights from one of Europe's leading partnership management platforms, distilled from thousands of partnership programs across SaaS, eCommerce, finance, iGaming, and B2B. You'll leave with proven principles, practical frameworks, and a new way of thinking about growth, because the companies that scale the fastest don't just acquire customers. They acquire partners who keep acquiring customers for them.
It is said that as many as 80% of the worries we experience each day are simply constructs of our own mind. And according to Chinese medicine, our psyche is behind 70% of all health problems. How is that possible—and what can we do about it? Traditional Chinese medicine described how the human psyche works thousands of years ago. Not in the language of neuroscience, but through an elegant system of symbols that captures what is happening within us with surprising accuracy: why stress “hits us” in the stomach, why suppressed anger can lead to insomnia, and why the mind and body never function separately. No esotericism—just a different model of reality that offers a fresh perspective on how your psyche works. Finally, we will look at the practical side as well: three medicinal mushrooms—Cordyceps, Hericium, and Reishi—that work best for psychological imbalances, along with the herbal formulas Milan Schirlo most often uses in his practice for these types of imbalances.
How should you prepare your company before an investor comes on board so that everything runs smoothly? We will cover the legal essentials worth addressing as early as possible to increase your valuation and avoid problems.
Artificial intelligence is rewriting the rules of marketing faster than most companies can react. It can generate copy, images and entire campaigns in seconds—and that is exactly why brands are beginning to look alike. In this seminar, I will show you how to use AI to strengthen your brand rather than dilute it. We will explore how to bring AI effectively into content creation, communication and creative work without losing your own tone and identity. I will share real examples of prompts, tools and workflows that save time while maintaining quality. We will also focus on what AI still cannot replace—and why those very elements will determine which brands survive the age of artificial intelligence and which disappear into a sea of generic content. This is a practical seminar with no unnecessary theory or fluff. You will leave with concrete tips you can use the very next day. Suitable for business owners, marketers and freelancers who want to use AI intelligently and achieve measurable results.

In today’s fast-paced world, filled with high-pressure decision-making and constant attention to screens, mental capacity and a clear mind are becoming a crucial competitive advantage. But how can we maintain peak cognitive performance without burnout, fatigue, or relying on litres of coffee? This seminar offers a practical, science-based look into the biology of human performance. We will explore how the brain functions under chronic stress and which specific tools—from circadian hygiene and breathing protocols to targeted brain nutrition and supplements—can be immediately integrated into the workday to boost mental capacity, focus, and overall vitality. During the seminar, you will learn about: Neuro-nutrition, adaptogens, and nootropics: How carefully selected supplements can help reduce chronic stress, support memory and concentration, and maintain steady energy without afternoon crashes. Circadian rhythms and sleep: How to manage light exposure and your evening routine to support deep recovery and a clear mind from the moment you wake up.
We are preparing children for a future that we ourselves cannot predict. We do not know what professions they will pursue, which areas of knowledge will be taken over by artificial intelligence, or what their everyday lives will look like. But there is one thing we already know: no technology can replace a secure relationship, acceptance, trust, and a present parent. What role does a father play in this transformation? What can fathers give their children in a time of rapid change? And how can we prepare children for uncertainty without overwhelming them with our own fears? This seminar offers a clear and practical perspective on modern fatherhood. We will explore presence, relationships, parental role models, resilience, emotions, and the values children will need regardless of where technology takes us. The session is designed for fathers, mothers, future parents, and anyone who cares about the future of children. Don’t expect a guide to perfect parenting. Instead, you will leave with new questions, practical insights, and one step you can take right away. Children do not need a perfect father. They need a father who is present and willing to learn.
Everyone uses AI today. The competitive advantage is not that you have it — it is how quickly people actually adopt it. And that applies just as much to individuals as it does to a company with thousands of employees. Roman Stolejda will show two paths. The personal one: how to bring AI into your own work and life so that it genuinely saves you hours every week — rather than merely adding another app to your phone. And the corporate one: why most AI projects fail before they begin (we buy tools before we prepare people), why chaos cannot be automated, and how to approach AI safely today — with your own data, GDPR and European regulation — without panic, but with common sense. Stories from companies that got it right. And from those that did not.
We have some idea of how to prepare for a world of new technologies, but we do very little to prepare for our own personal future. Technology will certainly help us a great deal—but will that be enough? What can we already do today?
Career Readiness in the Modern World What does it actually mean to be career-ready when jobs, technologies, and even entire industries are changing faster than ever? This interactive seminar explores career readiness beyond CVs, interviews, and technical skills. We will look at the capabilities young professionals increasingly need to navigate the modern world of work: adaptability, self-awareness, communication, initiative, continuous learning, and the ability to make career decisions in conditions of uncertainty. Drawing on my experience working with international tech university students, companies of different sizes and sectors, and as a career coach, I will connect the expectations of today’s workplace with the questions young people often face: What am I good at? What if I don’t know exactly what I want to do? How do I gain experience when I am only starting? And how can I stay relevant when the job market keeps changing? Audience will reflect on their own strengths and career readiness, explore what employers are looking for beyond a degree, and leave with practical ideas for building experience, testing career directions, and approaching their professional future with greater confidence and flexibility. The goal is not to have your entire career figured out - but to become better prepared to navigate it.

What if better functioning sometimes does not require a complicated solution, but simply a different way of thinking? This workshop connects the worlds of ADHD, neurodiversity and everyday innovation. Karolína Tomášková will introduce the ADHD Superpower project and the DONWORI brand, which offers simple, accessible fidgets for everyday use. Using concrete examples, she will show how small changes can help with attention, restlessness and overwhelm—and why being different does not have to mean being worse.
Most people write to artificial intelligence as if they were searching on Google: three words, enter, and then they wonder why they got generic fluff. But a language model is not a search engine — it is a highly well-read intern who started this morning. It knows the whole world, but it knows nothing about you. And if you do not tell it what, for whom and why, it will simply fill in the blanks. Over the past two years, Roman Stolejda has trained hundreds of people, from civil servants to directors — and he sees the same pattern everywhere: the less we say, the more annoyed we get. Live on stage, he will show the difference between a bad and a good prompt, why speaking is often more effective than typing today, and why the ability to explain what you actually want is the most valuable skill of 2026. No technical jargon, with practical examples and a touch of cheek.
Most entrepreneurs mainly plan the business: revenue, orders and new hires. They leave life and personal finances for “when there is time.” But a business is only a tool. Until you know what kind of life you want and how much it costs, you do not know how much your business needs to earn. In this seminar, I will show you my own personal, financial and business plans. Not an internet template, but the plans I actually use to live and run my business. We will go through them in the order that makes sense: • Life – vision and personal goals. Concrete and on paper, not slogans. • Money – how much that life actually costs and how to support it with an emergency reserve, protection and investments. • Business – how much the business must earn for the whole plan to work, and how to turn an annual goal into monthly and weekly figures. I will also show you how to review the plan regularly so it does not end up in a drawer after the first month. You will take away a simple process for creating all three plans yourself. The seminar is for entrepreneurs, self-employed professionals and anyone just considering starting a business. Presented by Pan Čung (Nguyen Duc Trung), an EFA-certified financial planner. He has worked in comprehensive financial planning for almost ten years, has personally prepared financial plans for more than 400 families, leads a team of more than 150 advisors and is the creator of an application for building financial plans. No motivational speeches. Just a plan, numbers and the peace of mind they bring.
