### 09:00–09:45 · AI Academy room · Vibe Coding: A Quick Start Guide
- Language: English
- Verticals: AI & Machine Learning, E-commerce & Retail, Software
- Speakers: Avi Rosenblatt (Cybersecurity Strategist & Digital Trust Expert | Advisor on AI, Privacy and Cyber Risk)

This seminar introduces vibe programming: a conversational approach in which people describe software goals to an AI assistant, evaluate the generated code, and improve the result through feedback. It is designed for beginners, educators, entrepreneurs, and developers who want to understand how AI can accelerate prototyping without sacrificing quality or responsibility.
Participants will learn a practical workflow for getting started: defining a clear outcome, giving context, asking for a plan, building in small milestones, running the software frequently, and verifying each change. A live example will demonstrate the cycle of describing, generating, testing, inspecting, and refining an application.
The seminar also examines the essential dos and don’ts of AI-assisted development. It emphasizes using version control, protecting credentials and personal data, reviewing dependencies, testing unusual cases, and understanding code before deployment. It warns against vague prompts, uncontrolled rewrites, blindly trusting generated tests, and treating confident explanations as proof of correctness.
The central message is that vibe programming lowers the barrier to creating software, but it does not remove human accountability. AI provides speed and creative momentum; people must supply judgment, security awareness, verification, and ownership. Used thoughtfully, this approach can turn ideas into working prototypes quickly while supporting disciplined software development.

### 09:00–09:45 · Curie-Skłodowská · The Skills You’ll Need to Avoid Being Replaced by AI, Your Neighbor, or Even Your Child by 2030
- Language: Czech
- Verticals: Social Impact, She=Business, Health & Biotech
- Speakers: Andrea Dudaško (Founder of NLPmind.cz, coach & trainer)

AI learns faster than you do. Your neighbor can master over a weekend what once took you years of practice. And your child will be able to do things you never could. So the question for 2030 is no longer “what can I do?” but “what about me can nobody—and nothing—copy?” In this talk, we will explore which skills can be learned—and will therefore soon become commodities—and which remain deeply human, irreplaceable, and increasingly valuable. You will leave with clarity about which of them you can realistically build your future on.

### 09:00–09:45 · Edison · Helios Is Much More Than ERP: Discover the Open Ecosystem of Business Applications of the Future

Come get inspired by how a modern ecosystem of business applications can help companies grow, innovate, and navigate the challenges of the digital future.

### 09:00–09:45 · Faraday · AI-Powered Regulatory Intelligence: Turning 10,000 Regulatory Updates into One Decision
- Language: English
- Verticals: AI & Machine Learning, Legal & Regulatory
- Speakers: Anna Starkova (Head of Legal Department)

Regulatory change is a data problem, yet most organizations still manage it with inboxes, spreadsheets, and manual reviews. This session explains how AI can continuously monitor, classify, and interpret thousands of regulatory updates across jurisdictions, turning scattered official sources into a single, actionable signal. It covers what separates a change that matters from the noise, and how teams can identify business impact before compliance deadlines arrive. The session closes with a live demonstration: following one regulatory change from publication to actionable insight in minutes, not weeks.

### 09:00–09:45 · Visionaries · When Change Becomes the Norm: How Micro-Moments Strengthen Employee Adaptability
- Language: Czech
- Verticals: Social Impact, Digitalization & Transformation
- Speakers: Kristýna Cetkovská (Corporate Psychologist & Coach - Mendeor Institute)

Change is no longer an exceptional event; it is a normal part of working life. New processes, AI, reorganizations and constantly shifting expectations require us to adapt continuously, often without time to pause and reflect. Adaptability is therefore no longer a skill reserved for major transformations—it has become part of everyone’s everyday psychological toolkit. The greatest challenge is often not change itself, but its volume and pace, which can lead to overload, uncertainty or gradual disengagement. Our ability to adapt is revealed not only in major moments of transformation, but above all in ordinary situations: working with uncertainty, accepting feedback, handling mistakes, leaving routines behind or responding in new ways. These everyday micro-moments gradually shape our readiness for change and our ability to respond flexibly rather than resist. The seminar explores how small behavioural habits and everyday situations can strengthen this capacity and help us navigate uncertainty at work.

### 09:00–09:45 · Wichterle · Parents in the Workplace Aren’t a Problem—They’re a Competitive Advantage
- Language: Czech
- Verticals: She=Business, Social Impact, Energy & Resources
- Speakers: Hana Müllerová (CEO)

Almost 14 years ago, Baby Office grew out of the personal needs of several women on parental leave and the reality many parents faced: they wanted to work and develop professionally, while also needing to be good parents.
The relationship between work and family was widely discussed then and still is today. The situation remains far from ideal, but it is slowly changing. Companies are thinking more about flexibility, returning after parental leave, supporting employees with caring responsibilities and retaining experienced people. At the same time, cultural change inside organizations is slow. Encouragingly, many newer startups already have cultures that are open and welcoming not only to parents, but also to other groups disadvantaged in the labour market.
This talk combines years of experience working with parents and companies with personal insights from the speaker’s own journey through parenthood. We will examine what parents truly need, where companies often miss the mark and which family-friendly benefits make a real difference.
Parents represent a significant part of today’s workforce and bring experience, responsibility, prioritization skills and considerable adaptability to their teams. Companies that create an environment where people can work well and care for their families gain a competitive advantage.
The talk is for HR professionals, managers and anyone who wants to understand what parents’ real lives look like beyond the company benefits package.

### 10:00–10:45 · Curie-Skłodowská · Transforming Business with AI: From Token Consumption to Business Value
- Language: English
- Verticals: AI & Machine Learning, Robotics & Automation, Digitalization & Transformation
- Speakers: Marcel Däppen (Principal Solutions Engineer)

Artificial intelligence (AI) is evolving from an experimental tool to a core driver of business effectiveness and transformation. However, success will not be determined by the number of tokens an organisation uses, but by the business value created by each token.
This session will explore the emerging token economics of AI and their implications for business leaders. We will examine how organisations can provide AI with the necessary business context—trusted data, shared definitions, and domain knowledge—to produce more relevant outcomes, improve decision-making, and reduce unnecessary costs and complexity.
The session will also demonstrate how to transition from isolated AI experiments to reliable, governed production workflows by unifying data, AI, security, quality, and cost visibility on a single platform. Using practical examples, we will discuss how businesses can scale AI responsibly, boost productivity and transform the way work is done, while ensuring that outcomes are measurable and economics are kept under control.

### 10:00–10:45 · Edison · Business partner risk monitoring without AI (almost) - how and why
- Language: English
- Verticals: Legal & Regulatory, Digitalization & Transformation, Robotics & Automation
- Speakers: Helena Čížková (Sales - Datlab); Jiří Skuhrovec (CEO - Datlab)

The global situation is messier than ever. Bankruptcies, sanctions and other risks are on the rise. Meet tech friendly tools for continuous tracking of your business partners.

### 10:00–10:45 · Faraday · Agentic AI: How AI Stopped Answering and Started Acting
- Language: Czech
- Verticals: AI & Machine Learning, Software, Digitalization & Transformation
- Speakers: Gašpar Nagy (CEO & Founder - Techmates)

Generative AI waits for a command, creates text, and is passive. Agentic AI has a goal, uses tools, and acts autonomously. This shift is not just a technical change; it is a fundamental transformation of what AI can take over within a company. In the seminar, we will show what agentic AI means in practice, how it differs from common AI tools, and where it is already having a real impact on business. We will go through specific examples from Czech companies, from the automation of sales processes and AI assistants for customer teams to systems connecting production and sales data in one place. The seminar will also include a live demonstration of how agentic AI works in real time, what it can handle autonomously, and where its current limits are. You will leave with a concrete understanding of where agentic AI makes sense in your company, what such a project looks like from the initial idea to the result, and how to avoid the most common mistakes during implementation.

### 10:00–10:45 · Visionaries · What the AI Act Means for You—and Why You Can't Manage It Without an Internal AI Policy
- Language: Czech
- Verticals: AI & Machine Learning, Legal & Regulatory, Software
- Speakers: Pavel Čech (Attorney & Partner)

As of 2 August 2026, transparency obligations and requirements to label AI-generated content apply—and most companies are unaware of them. We will examine the implications, who owns AI-generated code, and why this cannot be managed without understanding the AI Act and adopting an internal AI policy.

### 10:00–10:45 · Wichterle · AI F*ckups, or AI as FOMO: Why Even the Best AI Initiatives Fail Without Direction
- Language: Czech
- Verticals: Digitalization & Transformation, AI & Machine Learning
- Speakers: Barbora Štětinová (AI Consultant, AI Adoption and Data Analytics Specialist); Gerhard Knop (Transformation Consultant, Partner to CEOs and Leadership Teams)

Many companies today claim to be implementing AI. In reality, they are often merely experimenting—without a clear objective, priorities or any idea of how they will know whether they have succeeded. Why? Often because someone influential decided it made sense and could cure every problem.
Using concrete examples from small and medium-sized companies, we will show where AI delivered real value, where it merely accelerated chaos and why AI alone is not enough—and why it is sometimes neither needed nor appropriate. We will examine different leadership decisions around AI implementation and adoption, as well as what happens inside a company when people do not trust the change, their leaders or themselves. Every topic will be accompanied by a real example from practice, successful or unsuccessful.
We will not discuss theories or futuristic visions. We will dissect genuine successes and expensive mistakes, including how much enthusiasm for AI without a strategy can cost a company.
Topics will include:
where AI genuinely helps and where it does not help at all,
why AI often only amplifies a company’s existing problems,
why people do not follow leadership decisions and what consequences that creates,
what companies that managed to move forward had in common,
why the ability to make decisions without complete certainty is now a competitive advantage.

### 11:00–11:45 · AI Academy room · Integrating AI Agents into Business Processes
- Language: Czech
- Verticals: AI & Machine Learning, ICT & Municipality, Software
- Speakers: Jan Procházka (Process Automation Specialist)

AI agents can independently assess situations, use available tools and propose next steps. When deployed on their own, however, they often become isolated solutions without sufficient control, transparency, integration into the end-to-end business process or added value.
The seminar will show how AI agents can be incorporated into process orchestration, combining their flexible decision-making with governance through BPMN and the Camunda 8 platform.
It will explain agentic orchestration, the roles of tools, memory, RAG, process constraints and human involvement in decision-making. It will also address auditability, the management of agent autonomy and safeguards that help control access to tools, data and language models.
The seminar will include a live demonstration of a simplified Customer Due Diligence process. An AI agent will assess the available materials, search for relevant information, propose a risk level and prepare a basis for an analyst’s decision. Camunda will manage the overall process, preserve state, apply rules, handle escalations and maintain a complete audit trail.
The seminar offers a practical view of the shift from isolated AI experiments to agents embedded in business processes.

### 11:00–11:45 · Edison · Technology Insider: Which innovations are just hype and which have real business potential?
- Language: Czech
- Verticals: Digitalization & Transformation, AI & Machine Learning, Software
- Speakers: Vojtěch Nosek (CEO & Co-Founder - UNICO); Vojtěch Kadlec (Co-CEO - UNICO Analytics)

Focus: ROI of innovation, elimination of dead ends, effective R&D.
We live in the era of ""innovation for innovation's sake". Every week a new ""game-changer"" appears, from generative AI to quantum computing. It is increasingly difficult for company management to distinguish marketing noise from technologies that really drive economic results.
The lecture will offer a sober view of the current state of global R&D. The CEOs of UNICO Analytics will show you:
Analytical framework for filtering ""hype"" from realistically applicable technologies.
Why 70% of technology transfers fail and how to avoid these mistakes.
Case studies: Where undervalued technologies with high potential (so-called ""hidden gems"") are hiding today.
The goal is not to excite you about the future, but to equip you with the tools to profit from it and not burn your budget on dead ends.

### 11:00–11:45 · Faraday · From Control to Trust and Inspiration: The Shift That Unlocks Innovation
- Language: Czech
- Verticals: Digitalization & Transformation, Social Impact
- Speakers: Tomáš Kopecký (CEO, FranklinCovey)

Most leaders say they want more innovation, initiative and accountability. Not all of them, however, are prepared to change the leadership style on which those qualities truly depend.
In this workshop, we will move from Command & Control to Trust & Inspire leadership and focus on what is often overlooked: the leader’s internal shift—their ego, need for control and fear of losing influence.
We will also examine situations in which even well-intentioned leadership unintentionally suppresses people’s proactivity and independence, and how to encourage a behavioural shift across the organization: from passivity to initiative and from completing tasks to owning outcomes.
Because innovation is not produced by pressure. It grows from the environment a leader creates every day.

### 11:00–11:45 · Wichterle · EIB Growth Financing
- Language: English
- Verticals: FinTech, Blockchain & Crypto
- Speakers: Fabrizio Morgera (Senior EIB Investment Officer at the European Investment Bank)

The European Investment Bank Group plays a key role in strengthening Europe’s innovation ecosystem by providing a broad range of equity and growth capital solutions to high-potential companies at different stages of development. Through the combined expertise of the EIB and the European Investment Fund (EIF), the Group supports innovative start-ups, scale-ups and growth-stage businesses that often face difficulties accessing traditional financing.

### 13:00–13:45 · Visionaries · AI and Self-Worth: How to Stay Yourself in the Age of Artificial Intelligence
- Language: Czech
- Verticals: Health & Biotech
- Speakers: Martina Mikesková (Psychologist & Psychotherapist & Lector - Mendeor Institute)

Today, AI can speak, think, create, and often better than we can. For many of us, it is a source of tension that takes place consciously and unconsciously within ourselves: "Who am I if AI can do it better?" The seminar is not about how to use AI, nor about what to fear about it. It is about us. About what we base our value on. About why we automatically reach for AI before we encounter our own thoughts and feelings. About the difference between when we let AI lead us to blindly care for our own self-image and when it supports us to be truly ourselves. AI did not come from somewhere else, it is part of our own development and needs. Some of our needs are truly satisfied, while others are only unsatisfactorily soothed. Distinguishing this is perhaps one of the most important tasks of our time, and it requires courage, kindness, and playfulness.

### 13:00–13:45 · Wichterle · Innovation in the Black: The R&D Tax Deduction
- Language: Czech
- Verticals: Legal & Regulatory, Digitalization & Transformation
- Speakers: Miloslav Soukup (Senior Innovation Manager)

Every company looks for ways to reduce costs. One answer lies directly in innovation: the statutory research and development tax deduction. Eligible costs can be deducted from the tax base a second time, and from 2026 the deduction rises from 100% to 150%, saving CZK 315,000 for every million crowns spent. Eligible costs can also include the salaries of programmers, designers, technicians and other employees involved in development.
Using concrete examples, we will show how to identify activities and costs that qualify and how to use this instrument safely to finance further innovation.
Unlike grants, R&D tax support is not awarded through a competition. It does not depend on an open call or an available funding envelope; companies that meet the conditions have a legal entitlement to it.
The seminar will be led by Miloslav Soukup, Senior Innovation Manager at Ayming, which has supported innovation for 40 years globally and 17 years in the Czech Republic.

### 14:00–14:45 · AI Academy room · Autonomous AI in Companies: Why the Three Laws of Robotics Are Not Enough
- Language: Czech
- Verticals: AI & Machine Learning, Digitalization & Transformation, Software
- Speakers: Martin Srb (CEO); Roman Bobák (Consulting Partner)

How can we give AI sufficient autonomy without losing control over it?
Isaac Asimov imagined that the behavior of intelligent robots could be governed by three simple laws. In reality, artificial intelligence will not be that simple.
Today’s AI can write its own code, connect information at tremendous speed, and access systems and data using the permissions of a specific user.
Security therefore cannot rely solely on AI correctly understanding the rules. It must be built into the environment in which the AI operates.
In this seminar, we will examine the main risks of introducing autonomous AI into companies and the principles that can help manage those risks.

- Speakers: Petr Kacálek (Head of Development); Roman Soběslav (Software Engineer)

As digitalization advances, the number of systems, applications, integrations, and accounts that need to be protected continues to grow. Cybersecurity is therefore no longer merely a technical topic for IT. It affects business operations, data protection, customer trust, and the costs associated with developing the digital environment.
The seminar will show where security weaknesses most commonly arise in companies and how to identify them before they cause a serious problem.
Using practical examples, we will demonstrate how security can be designed thoughtfully, using open technologies and without unnecessarily layering additional licensed tools. The goal is not security without cost, but a protection model that reflects the company’s real risks, supports further digitalization, and remains economically sustainable in the long term.

### 15:00–15:45 · AI Academy room · Who Can We Trust Today? Truth, Myths and Half-Truths in the World of Nutrition
- Language: Czech
- Verticals: Health & Biotech
- Speakers: Hana Nechvátalová (Nutrition & Regulatory Manager)

We have never had as much information about nutrition as we do today. Yet it is becoming increasingly difficult to know which information we can truly trust. Today we have scientists, influencers, the media, apps and artificial intelligence—and each may tell us something different. How can we navigate this flood of information?
Together, we will explore why our perception of what is “healthy” may not always match nutritional reality, how nutrition myths arise and why some half-truths spread faster than facts.
Using examples from everyday life—from “natural” products and sugar to ultra-processed foods—we will show why the world of nutrition is often more complex than simple black-and-white answers.
The aim is not to tell people exactly what to eat, but to offer simple principles of critical thinking that can help us make better decisions in a world full of conflicting recommendations.

### 15:00–15:45 · Edison · Shoptet or a tailor-made e-shop? How BlueGhost helped a large e-shop of building materials increase orders by 300%
- Language: Czech
- Verticals: Software, Digitalization & Transformation, E-commerce & Retail
- Speakers: Pavel Weber (CEO, BlueGhost.cz)

This lecture is not intended only for e-commerce, but for anyone who is thinking about how to modernize, scale and optimize business processes. If you are looking for inspiration for your digital transformation, effective scaling or margin improvement, come and see concrete examples and best practices from practice.

### 15:00–15:45 · Visionaries · From Specialist to Leader: How to Master the Biggest Career Transformation
- Language: Czech
- Verticals: Social Impact, Digitalization & Transformation
- Speakers: Simona Zábržová (CEO & Founder - Soulmio)

Moving from top specialist to team leader is one of the most critical transformations in a business career. The expertise that took you to the top suddenly stops being enough; success requires a radical shift in how you think, communicate and take responsibility.
This talk reveals how to move effectively from “me” to “we”: from solving tasks individually to creating the conditions in which an entire team can perform. We will explore how to avoid common traps such as micromanagement, rescuing tasks at the expense of developing people, and failing to delegate—all of which lead to frustration and burnout.

### 15:00–15:45 · Wichterle · SOLVE THE DILEMMA: Grow Your Business with Investments or Grants?
- Language: English
- Verticals: Digitalization & Transformation, FinTech, Blockchain & Crypto, Legal & Regulatory
- Speakers: Miroslav Konečný (CEO & Senior Consultant)

This seminar is built for founders weighing how to finance growth without giving up control, from early-stage deep-tech teams to startups preparing their next round, along with the accelerators and investors backing them.
ADDSEN enables the best of both for deep-tech startups and their investors by combining investments with sensible grants. - Longer runway with less dilution
- Validation through EU-funded partnerships that strengthen credibility
- European-scale networks and pathways to growth
- Business-ready positioning ahead of regulatory and standards demands
Drawing on ADDSEN's experience across dozens of EU-funded projects, we will look at the most common mistakes in grant applications and how to avoid them, illustrated with real startup success stories.
At our seminar during Innovation Week Prague, we will explore how to structure your funding stack, investor and grant combined, and tailor a path for your technology, pilots, and scale-up. The seminar is co-funded by the SCALE HER Horizon Europe project aiming at deep tech funding.

### 16:00–16:45 · Edison · The Self-Managing Organization: Fiction or the Future?
- Language: English
- Verticals: Digitalization & Transformation
- Speakers: Petr Knap (Advisor; Mentor; Investor)

You'll arrive with questions. You'll get some answers and guidance. And possibly an uncomfortable feeling that your organization could work very differently than it does today.
Self-managing organizations aren't a utopia. They exist. In manufacturing, banking, tech. Y Soft, a Brno-based company with 400 people, eliminated managers across most of the business - and performance skyrocketed. Handelsbanken pushed decision-making to individual branches decades ago and remains one of Europe's more resilient banks. Haier runs as a network of thousands of micro-enterprises inside one corporation.
What do they share? Teams with real authority and autonomy. Transparency instead of reporting layers. Trust and processes instead of control.
This session also introduces the PACE® framework - Proactive, Adaptive, Conscious, Empowered organizations. And shows how these principles translate into practice. We'll walk through real case studies, honest limitations, and what actually blocks innovation inside organizations. Including, probably, yours. And how an implementation of bits and pieces can start.

- Verticals: Social Impact, Health & Biotech
- Speakers: Alena Miklová (Director of the School - Magic Hill s.r.o.)

Education for the 21st century requires more than transferring knowledge to students. It is essential to develop their ability to understand and apply what they learn in real life, think critically, collaborate and work independently. This talk presents a comprehensive system for integrating key capabilities—soft skills—into teaching.
The model draws on the Czech national curriculum’s key competencies and the principles of 21st Century Learning Design. It covers six core areas: self-management, collaboration, communication, presentation, problem-solving and practical skills, including digital competencies. These abilities are naturally embedded across subjects, with expected outcomes progressing systematically from Year 1 to Year 9.
The talk will also introduce a formative assessment system based on a four-level progress scale that tracks each student’s independence and how frequently they apply the skills in school situations. The model supports individual development, self-reflection and students taking responsibility for their own learning.
The session offers inspiration for turning key competencies from a formal framework into a practical, functional tool for developing students in today’s world.

### 10:00–10:45 · Faraday · AI Without Illusions: The Risks Companies Overlook
- Language: Czech
- Verticals: AI & Machine Learning, Software, Digitalization & Transformation
- Speakers: Miroslav Pščolka (Chief Technology Officer); Jan Brotánek (Chief Financial Officer)

Companies expect AI to deliver benefits: greater efficiency, better decision-making and new services. Far less is said about the associated risks, which often emerge only after implementation is well under way. This talk focuses directly on those risks: which problems appear most often during implementation, how to prevent them and which practices genuinely work. Our insights come from implementing AI for large corporations, but they can be readily applied in smaller companies too.

- Language: Czech
- Verticals: Health & Biotech, She=Business, Social Impact
- Speakers: Andrea Dudaško (Founder of NLPmind.cz, coach & trainer)

You know what you want to change. You have promised yourself many times—at New Year, after a holiday, or after yet another “I’ve really had enough” moment. And then, a few weeks later, you find yourself back where you started. It is not because you lack willpower. It is because no one has explained how change actually works in the brain—and why motivation and self-discipline are the weakest tools to rely on. In this talk, we will look at what makes change truly lasting, and you will leave with a concrete “how,” not another “what.”

### 10:00–10:45 · Křižík · Digital Innovation Without the Licensing Trap
- Language: Czech
- Verticals: Digitalization & Transformation
- Speakers: Michal Stepanek (CEO, Cleverbee solutions)

Digital technologies help companies accelerate processes, develop new services, and respond to evolving customer needs. However, as the number of systems grows, so do licensing fees, add-on costs, support expenses, and the cost of further development. Technology that was originally meant to enable innovation can gradually become a constraint.
This seminar will explore how to approach the digital ecosystem strategically and when it makes sense to complement off-the-shelf products with open technologies, open-source solutions, or custom development. Through practical examples, we will look at portals, process automation, integrations, and security.
The goal is not to replace every licensed solution, but to make informed technology choices that support a company’s future growth, allow solutions to be tailored to its needs, and help keep long-term costs under control.

In this seminar, he will share his experience with this form of treatment and explain why obesity requires a comprehensive approach—it is not “just about willpower.” He will focus on recurring mechanisms that perpetuate the problem, including triggers, the failure–deterioration cycle and fluctuating motivation, as well as how mental wellbeing and everyday functioning change over the course of treatment.
The session will also include anonymized patient stories showing how an online format can support sustainable change, continuity of care and practical skills for everyday situations. The seminar will emphasize that people dealing with overweight or obesity should not be left without professional guidance.

Participants will take away a practical framework for assessing whether their company is ready to move from AI experiments to real operations.
The seminar is primarily intended for companies in retail, e-commerce, distribution and manufacturing that work with large volumes of product and operational data.

### 14:00–14:45 · Edison · How Prague Turned Public Transport Data into a Platform for Innovation
- Language: Czech
- Verticals: ICT & Municipality
- Speakers: Zbyněk Jiráček (Head of Technical Development and Projects)

Prague Integrated Transport now generates millions of data records every day. Just a few years ago, however, most of this data existed only inside closed systems and was practically unusable.
Using concrete examples, we will show how PID’s open-data platform was created—a platform that now powers passenger apps, stop information systems, analytical tools and third-party services. We will trace the journey from manually transcribed timetables to real-time data tracking thousands of connections and helping transport operators manage the network more effectively.
The seminar will examine the technological and organizational barriers involved, the battle against vendor lock-in and tangible results that can inspire other public institutions and technology companies.

### 16:00–16:45 · Edison · How to Acquire Partners That Acquire Customers
- Language: English
- Verticals: Software, Digitalization & Transformation
- Speakers: Alejandro Albi (CRO)

Customer acquisition is getting harder. Ad costs keep rising, outbound is noisier than ever, and AI is making it easier for everyone to produce the same content and campaigns. The companies pulling ahead aren't necessarily spending more—they're building ecosystems of partners that bring them customers every single day.
The challenge isn't finding partners. It's finding the right partners. Most businesses mistake networking for partnership strategy, chase logo collections instead of business outcomes, and invest months into relationships that never generate meaningful growth.
In this seminar, you'll discover how high-growth companies identify, evaluate, and activate partnerships that become predictable customer acquisition channels. You'll learn a practical framework for choosing the right partners, structuring partnerships that create mutual value, and avoiding the mistakes that cause most partnership initiatives to stall.
This isn't a theory session. It's built on firsthand industry insights from one of Europe's leading partnership management platforms, distilled from thousands of partnership programs across SaaS, eCommerce, finance, iGaming, and B2B. You'll leave with proven principles, practical frameworks, and a new way of thinking about growth, because the companies that scale the fastest don't just acquire customers. They acquire partners who keep acquiring customers for them.
