SUMMARY:Trust in a Synthetic World: What is real and what is fake?
LOCATION:K.I.S.S. stage\, ČSOB Campus\, Radlická 333\, Prague 5
DESCRIPTION:AI & Machine Learning\, IoT\, Security & Privacy\, Entertainmen
 t & Creative AI\nLukáš Barda\, Peter Jančárik\, Tomáš Stegura\nAs AI
-generated text\, images\, video\, and voice become virtually indistinguis
hable from human-created content\, trust is becoming one of the defining c
hallenges of the digital age. In a world where seeing no longer guarantees
believing\, how do we determine what is authentic—and who should be res
ponsible for maintaining that trust?\nThis keynote explores how synthetic
media is reshaping communication\, journalism\, marketing\, and public dis
course. From deepfakes and misinformation to digital identity\, content ve
 rification\, and AI-powered deception\, it examines the technologies\, reg
ulations\, and human behaviors that will define the next era of the intern
et. Ultimately\, the session asks whether authenticity can remain a compet
itive advantage in a world where almost anything can be generated—and wh
at it will take to preserve trust in the age of artificial intelligence.

SUMMARY:Bias by Design: Women\, Power & Leadership in the AI Era
LOCATION:Breakthrough stage\, ČSOB Campus\, Radlická 333\, Prague 5
DESCRIPTION:She=Business\, AI & Machine Learning\nAs AI increasingly shapes
decisions about hiring\, finance\, healthcare\, and access to opportunity
\, questions of fairness\, representation\, and inclusion are becoming cen
tral to the future of technology. This panel explores how bias can emerge
in AI systems\, the risk of amplifying existing inequalities\, and the res
ponsibility of leaders to build technologies that serve diverse communitie
 s. Bringing together voices from business\, technology\, policy\, and entr
epreneurship\, the discussion will examine the evolving role of women in s
haping the AI era\, from leadership and innovation to governance and decis
ion-making. Ultimately\, the panel asks how organizations can create more
inclusive ecosystems where diversity is not only a social imperative\, but
a strategic advantage for building better technologies and better outcome

LOCATION:Faraday\, ČSOB Campus\, Radlická 333\, Prague 5
DESCRIPTION:AI & Machine Learning\, Legal & Regulatory\nAnna Starkova\nRegu
latory change is a data problem\, yet most organizations still manage it w
ith inboxes\, spreadsheets\, and manual reviews. This session explains how
AI can continuously monitor\, classify\, and interpret thousands of regul
atory updates across jurisdictions\, turning scattered official sources in
to a single\, actionable signal. It covers what separates a change that ma
tters from the noise\, and how teams can identify business impact before c
ompliance deadlines arrive. The session closes with a live demonstration:
following one regulatory change from publication to actionable insight in
 minutes\, not weeks.

DESCRIPTION:AI & Machine Learning\, Software\, Digitalization & Transformat
 ion\nEdwin Haschka\, Miroslav Dašek\nEnterprise systems are undergoing a
major transformation. What were once monolithic ERP solutions are evolving
into flexible cloud platforms made up of interconnected applications that
enable companies to respond quickly to market changes\, automate processe
s\, and work efficiently with data and artificial intelligence. But it’s
not only the technology and the perception of ERP systems that are changi
ng — their users are changing as well. A new generation of employees exp
ects intuitive\, simple\, and accessible tools they can use from anywhere\
, as naturally as the apps they rely on in their personal lives.\nIn this
presentation\, we’ll show that the world of Helios now extends far beyon
d the boundaries of traditional ERP. We will introduce an open ecosystem o
f applications and solutions that expand Helios capabilities in the areas
 of AI\, automation\, digitalization\, and modern cloud environments.\nWe s
ee the future of enterprise systems in the open cloud platform AVAplace\,
which connects specialized applications into one integrated ecosystem. Tod
ay\, companies expect solutions that are secure\, easily scalable\, quick
to deploy\, and highly user-friendly. And this is exactly the direction He
lios is heading toward.\nCome get inspired by how a modern ecosystem of bu
siness applications can help companies grow\, innovate\, and navigate the
 challenges of the digital future.

SUMMARY:Digitalizing Finance for Millions? Those Days Are Over
LOCATION:Curie-Skłodowská\, ČSOB Campus\, Radlická 333\, Prague 5
DESCRIPTION:AI & Machine Learning\, FinTech\, Blockchain & Crypto\, Digital
 ization & Transformation\nMarcela Lonková\, Lumír Boureanu\nDigitalizing
finance used to be a long and expensive project. Marcela Lonková spent t
en years building the digital company This One with her own hands — beca
use ready-made solutions were unavailable\, technology cost millions and A
I did not exist. Today\, Lumír Boureanu brings the opposite experience: w
hat once required years of development and major investment is now\, thank
s to automation and AI\, accessible to virtually every company.\nIn an ope
n conversation\, they will compare their experiences and examine what has
genuinely changed over the past several years. What can technology take ov
er today\, where is a person still needed\, how much does digitalization r
eally cost and\, most importantly\, where should a company begin so that i
t does not invest time and money in things it does not need?\nThe session
will not remain merely a discussion. During the talk\, participants will u
se a short assessment to determine the current stage of digitalization of
their financial agenda — from document processing to the availability of
figures for decision-making. Based on the result\, they will receive a co
ncrete sequence of the first five steps that make sense for their specific
  situation.

SUMMARY:Vibe Coding: A Quick Start Guide
LOCATION:AI Academy room\, ČSOB Campus\, Radlická 333\, Prague 5
DESCRIPTION:AI & Machine Learning\, E-commerce & Retail\, Software\nAvi Ros
enblatt\nThis seminar introduces vibe programming: a conversational approa
ch in which people describe software goals to an AI assistant\, evaluate t
he generated code\, and improve the result through feedback. It is designe
 d for beginners\, educators\, entrepreneurs\, and developers who want to u
nderstand how AI can accelerate prototyping without sacrificing quality or
responsibility.\nParticipants will learn a practical workflow for getting
  started: defining a clear outcome\, giving context\, asking for a plan\,
building in small milestones\, running the software frequently\, and verif
ying each change. A live example will demonstrate the cycle of describing\
 , generating\, testing\, inspecting\, and refining an application.\nThe se
minar also examines the essential dos and don’ts of AI-assisted developm
ent. It emphasizes using version control\, protecting credentials and pers
onal data\, reviewing dependencies\, testing unusual cases\, and understan
ding code before deployment. It warns against vague prompts\, uncontrolled
rewrites\, blindly trusting generated tests\, and treating confident expl
anations as proof of correctness.\nThe central message is that vibe progra
mming lowers the barrier to creating software\, but it does not remove hum
an accountability. AI provides speed and creative momentum\; people must s
 upply judgment\, security awareness\, verification\, and ownership. Used t
houghtfully\, this approach can turn ideas into working prototypes quickly
  while supporting disciplined software development.

SUMMARY:Parents in the Workplace Aren’t a Problem—They’re a Competiti

LOCATION:Wichterle\, ČSOB Campus\, Radlická 333\, Prague 5
DESCRIPTION:She=Business\, Social Impact\, Energy & Resources\nHana Müller
ová\nAlmost 14 years ago\, Baby Office grew out of the personal needs of
several women on parental leave and the reality many parents faced: they w
anted to work and develop professionally\, while also needing to be good p
arents.\nThe relationship between work and family was widely discussed the
n and still is today. The situation remains far from ideal\, but it is slo
wly changing. Companies are thinking more about flexibility\, returning af
ter parental leave\, supporting employees with caring responsibilities and
retaining experienced people. At the same time\, cultural change inside o
rganizations is slow. Encouragingly\, many newer startups already have cul
tures that are open and welcoming not only to parents\, but also to other
groups disadvantaged in the labour market.\nThis talk combines years of ex
perience working with parents and companies with personal insights from th
e speaker’s own journey through parenthood. We will examine what parents
truly need\, where companies often miss the mark and which family-friendl
 y benefits make a real difference.\nParents represent a significant part o
 f today’s workforce and bring experience\, responsibility\, prioritizati
on skills and considerable adaptability to their teams. Companies that cre
ate an environment where people can work well and care for their families
gain a competitive advantage.\nThe talk is for HR professionals\, managers
and anyone who wants to understand what parents’ real lives look like b
 eyond the company benefits package.

on. Dozens of concurrent projects\, a functioning ERP system\, capable peo
ple—and contractual penalties for delays almost every week. Today\, it h
as gone five months without a single one.\nThe worst part was that nobody
saw it coming. Information moved by phone\, email and WhatsApp between fie
ld staff\, project managers and leadership. The Gantt chart showed tasks\,
but not whether anyone actually had the capacity to work on them. The com
pany had an ERP system\, but ERP manages money\, not communication or work
.\nI will show you how project management and information handovers change
d within five months of implementing ALITEO. Emails\, phone calls and chat
s became one managed process in which it is clear at every moment what is
happening\, who is responsible and where risk is emerging. You will see ho

s adopted AI themselves to monitor risks in active projects—all without
hiring new people or relying on Excel spreadsheets.

SUMMARY:When Change Becomes the Norm: How Micro-Moments Strengthen Employee
  Adaptability
LOCATION:Visionaries\, ČSOB Campus\, Radlická 333\, Prague 5
DESCRIPTION:Social Impact\, Digitalization & Transformation\nKristýna Cetk
ovská\nChange is no longer an exceptional event\; it is a normal part of
working life. New processes\, AI\, reorganizations and constantly shifting
expectations require us to adapt continuously\, often without time to pau
se and reflect. Adaptability is therefore no longer a skill reserved for m
ajor transformations—it has become part of everyone’s everyday psychol
ogical toolkit. The greatest challenge is often not change itself\, but it
s volume and pace\, which can lead to overload\, uncertainty or gradual di
sengagement. Our ability to adapt is revealed not only in major moments of
transformation\, but above all in ordinary situations: working with uncer
tainty\, accepting feedback\, handling mistakes\, leaving routines behind
or responding in new ways. These everyday micro-moments gradually shape ou
r readiness for change and our ability to respond flexibly rather than res
ist. The seminar explores how small behavioural habits and everyday situat
ions can strengthen this capacity and help us navigate uncertainty at work
 .

SUMMARY:Treating Malignant Tumors with Ionizing Radiation: From Tumor Destr
 uction to Immune System Activation
LOCATION:Edison\, ČSOB Campus\, Radlická 333\, Prague 5
DESCRIPTION:Health & Biotech\nJiří Kubeš\nThe seminar will introduce par
ticipants to the latest findings on how radiotherapy affects the immune sy
stem and the opportunities offered by particle therapy in this area. It wi
ll also present current directions in research and development and their p
otential applications in the future treatment of cancer.\nIonizing radiati
on has been used to treat malignant tumors for more than 130 years. For mu
ch of its history\, the field has evolved toward increasingly precise targ
eting of tumors and their destruction using the highest possible radiation
dose. Technology has developed accordingly\, leading to modern techniques
such as linear accelerators using VMAT\, CyberKnife\, Gamma Knife\, and M
RI-LINAC. All of these technologies enable increasingly precise irradiatio
n of tumor sites. However\, this precision comes at a cost: an unwanted do
se of ionizing radiation is still delivered to relatively large volumes of
healthy tissue outside the treatment target.\nIn recent years\, a new dir
ection has begun to emerge. It is based on the idea that protecting the or
gans of the immune system may be just as important as irradiating the tumo
r itself. Combining tumor destruction with immune system preservation may
help stimulate an anti-tumor immune response\, enabling the patient’s ow
n immune system to actively fight the cancer. New technologies and treatme
nt approaches are being developed with this goal in mind\, with particle t
herapy representing one of the most promising areas of development.\nResea
rch indicates that different particles\, due to their different masses\, c
an have different effects on the immune system. Similarly\, new approaches
to the timing of radiotherapy may influence immune responses differently
from today’s standard treatment protocols. At the forefront of current d
evelopment are particle accelerators capable of treating tumors in a singl
e fraction\, using different types of particles for different parts of the
tumor according to the biological characteristics of the tumor tissue\, w
hile simultaneously sparing organs that are essential to the immune respon
 se\, such as lymph nodes.

Soukup\nEvery company looks for ways to reduce costs. One answer lies dire
ctly in innovation: the statutory research and development tax deduction.
Eligible costs can be deducted from the tax base a second time\, and from
2026 the deduction rises from 100% to 150%\, saving CZK 315\,000 for every
million crowns spent. Eligible costs can also include the salaries of pro
grammers\, designers\, technicians and other employees involved in develop
ment.\nUsing concrete examples\, we will show how to identify activities a
nd costs that qualify and how to use this instrument safely to finance fur
ther innovation.\nUnlike grants\, R&D tax support is not awarded through a
competition. It does not depend on an open call or an available funding e

\, Legal & Regulatory\nMiroslav Konečný\nThis seminar is built for found
ers weighing how to finance growth without giving up control\, from early-
stage deep-tech teams to startups preparing their next round\, along with
the accelerators and investors backing them.\nADDSEN enables the best of b
oth for deep-tech startups and their investors by combining investments wi
th sensible grants. Too often\, founders treat equity and public funding a
s an either/or choice\, but the two work best together. Pairing equity inv
estment with Horizon Europe grants lets your startup benefit from:\n- Long
er runway with less dilution\n- Validation through EU-funded partnerships
that strengthen credibility\n- European-scale networks and pathways to gro
wth\n- Business-ready positioning ahead of regulatory and standards demand
s\nDrawing on ADDSEN's experience across dozens of EU-funded projects\, we
will look at the most common mistakes in grant applications and how to av
oid them\, illustrated with real startup success stories.\nAt our seminar
during Innovation Week Prague\, we will explore how to structure your fund
ing stack\, investor and grant combined\, and tailor a path for your techn
ology\, pilots\, and scale-up. The seminar is co-funded by the SCALE HER H
orizon Europe project aiming at deep tech funding.

DESCRIPTION:Green Tech & Environment\, Health & Biotech\, Social Impact\nVl
adimír Koblížek\nClimate change is no longer solely an environmental is
sue. It is having an increasingly significant impact on our health—from
the effects of polluted air and extreme temperatures to longer pollen seas
ons and the worsening of chronic respiratory diseases. At the same time\,
healthcare itself creates a substantial environmental footprint and faces
the question of how to provide high-quality care more sustainably.\nIn the
podcast\, we will explore the intersection of health\, climate change and
innovation. What does environmental change mean today for a patient with
asthma or COPD? What role do air quality\, heatwaves and changes in the po
llen season play? And can new technologies\, treatment approaches and heal
thcare innovations simultaneously improve patient outcomes and reduce the
environmental impact of care?\nThe discussion will also open a broader que
stion about the future of healthcare: whether sustainability should be und
erstood only as reducing emissions\, or primarily as the ability to create
a healthcare system that prevents deterioration of disease\, limits unnec
essary consumption of resources and can adapt to new health challenges.

nal assistants such as ChatGPT or Copilot. But between “asking AI” and
“AI reliably doing company work\,” there are three more steps—and m
ost companies do not know which one they are standing on.\nWe will explore
four levels of enterprise AI: personal assistants\, trustworthy knowledge
AI over company data\, agentic process automation\, and Physical AI with
humanoid robotics. The first three are available right now using the data
and systems you already have. The fourth is the future discussed at every
conference.\nBetween the third and fourth steps lies another that is rarel
y discussed: an exact description of the work. Until a company can break a
person’s activity into steps\, inputs\, outputs and checkpoints\, it ca
nnot hand that activity to either a software agent or a robot. It is unexc
iting work\, which is why almost nobody does it. Anyone who skips this ste
p will not reach level four\, no matter how many humanoids they buy.\nAt A
kkodis\, we build knowledge layers over company documentation and agentic
automation connected to real systems: ERP\, PLM\, ticketing and email. We
will show what each level requires in terms of data\, integrations and gov
ernance\, where projects most often get stuck\, and how many humanoids hav
e actually been manufactured versus how many are genuinely working.\nYou w

 Service Hub
LOCATION:Main stage\, ČSOB Campus\, Radlická 333\, Prague 5
DESCRIPTION:Robotics & Automation\, E-commerce & Retail\nThe future of conv
enience will not be built around standalone stores or traditional gas stat
ions\, but around interconnected\, multifunctional hubs that seamlessly co
mbine mobility\, retail\, digital services\, and spaces for work and relax
ation. Powered by artificial intelligence\, automation\, and smart infrast
ructure\, these ecosystems are transforming not only how we shop\, but als
o how we travel\, access services\, and interact with the world around us.
\nThis keynote explores how AI is enabling the next generation of autonomo
us\, always-on service ecosystems—from cashierless stores and smart parc
el lockers to intelligent logistics\, inventory management\, and highly pe
rsonalized customer experiences. It will also address the challenges of cy
bersecurity\, data privacy\, and consumer trust in an increasingly automat
ed world.\nWhat will everyday life look like when most interactions happen
without queues\, cash registers\, or staff? And what will separate the or
ganizations that successfully build this future from those that are left b

SUMMARY:A System for Developing Soft Skills in Primary School Students
LOCATION:Edison\, ČSOB Campus\, Radlická 333\, Prague 5
DESCRIPTION:Social Impact\, Health & Biotech\nAlena Miklová\nEducation for
the 21st century requires more than transferring knowledge to students. I
t is essential to develop their ability to understand and apply what they
learn in real life\, think critically\, collaborate and work independently
. This talk presents a comprehensive system for integrating key capabiliti
es—soft skills—into teaching.\nThe model draws on the Czech national c
urriculum’s key competencies and the principles of 21st Century Learning
Design. It covers six core areas: self-management\, collaboration\, commu
 nication\, presentation\, problem-solving and practical skills\, including
digital competencies. These abilities are naturally embedded across subje
cts\, with expected outcomes progressing systematically from Year 1 to Yea
r 9.\nThe talk will also introduce a formative assessment system based on
a four-level progress scale that tracks each student’s independence and
how frequently they apply the skills in school situations. The model suppo
rts individual development\, self-reflection and students taking responsib
ility for their own learning.\nThe session offers inspiration for turning
key competencies from a formal framework into a practical\, functional too
l for developing students in today’s world.

SUMMARY:Unlock Your Company Know-How Hidden in Legacy Systems
LOCATION:Curie-Skłodowská\, ČSOB Campus\, Radlická 333\, Prague 5
DESCRIPTION:AI & Machine Learning\, Robotics & Automation\, Digitalization
& Transformation\nJan Difko\nCorporate systems often contain twenty years
of knowledge that AI cannot access on its own: definitions\, rules\, excep
tions and historical context that give the data its real meaning.\nIn the
past\, making this knowledge accessible meant a migration project lasting
several years. AI-assisted migration\, however\, fundamentally changes bot
h the pace and risk of modernization. Much of the analysis\, code conversi
on and validation can be automated\, turning years into months.\nIn the wo
rkshop\, we will show not only how to accelerate such a migration\, but ab
ove all what the company gains from it: AI working with its own governed d
ata\, faster time to market\, scaling according to actual needs\, and a si
ngle environment in which costs and governance can be managed effectively.
\nWe will also look at where modernization projects most often lose time.
The issue is frequently not the technology\, but management decisions. You
will leave with specific questions worth asking before approving the next
  modernization budget.

SUMMARY:Digital Innovation Without the Licensing Trap

DESCRIPTION:Digitalization & Transformation\nMichal Stepanek\nDigital techn

espond to evolving customer needs. However\, as the number of systems grow
 s\, so do licensing fees\, add-on costs\, support expenses\, and the cost
of further development. Technology that was originally meant to enable inn
ovation can gradually become a constraint.\nThis seminar will explore how
to approach the digital ecosystem strategically and when it makes sense to
complement off-the-shelf products with open technologies\, open-source so
lutions\, or custom development. Through practical examples\, we will look
  at portals\, process automation\, integrations\, and security.\nThe goal

SUMMARY:One Year On: What Changed When AI Stopped Being New
LOCATION:Breakthrough stage\, ČSOB Campus\, Radlická 333\, Prague 5
DESCRIPTION:Kamil Kunc\nA year ago\, on this same stage\, we measured for t
he first time how Czech society was entering the age of artificial intelli
gence. Several paradoxes came out of it. 72% of people were already active
AI users\, three quarters conversed with it as they would with a person\,
half addressed it by name or thanked it — and 83% were simultaneously c
alling for regulation.\nBack then AI was a novelty. Today it is standard e
quipment. NMS Market Research has repeated the representative survey of th
e Czech population\, so for the first time we can say what has genuinely c
hanged in twelve months — and what hasn't. Where the shift is in everyda
y frequency of use and in the generational divide (last year 44% of Gen Z
used AI daily\, while 61% of Baby Boomers never did)\, how AI is moving ou
t of personal life into work and into schools\, how many people now pay fo
r it\, and how many are using it without ever calling it that.\nAbove all\
, we open two topics that did not exist a year ago. Who do we confide in:
do we tell AI things we wouldn't tell people? Would we consult it about ou
r physical or mental health? And where is the limit of delegation — what
are we willing to let AI handle on our behalf without our approval?\nThe
data answer the question sitting behind all the others: what do we think o
f ourselves as human beings at the moment a machine knows our worries bett
er than the people closest to us. The keynote opens a block that continues
with a roundtable on the future of research.

lone no longer gives us a sufficient answer. People with comparable financ
ial means can have entirely different needs\, motivations\, and life prior
ities. Their actual behavior therefore often reveals more than traditional
customer segmentation.\nThe seminar will show how affluent customers spen
d\, how their payment behavior differs\, and why the amount spent is not t
he only deciding factor. We will examine the importance of travel\, gastro
nomy\, experiences\, international mobility\, and other areas that reflect
their lifestyle. We will also show why affluent customers increasingly va
 lue their time\, simplicity\, control\, relevant personalization\, and ser
vices that remove unnecessary complications.\nUsing concrete examples\, pa
rticipants will learn how payment data can identify customers with premium
potential and provide a better understanding of their needs. The seminar
will also explore the changing role of premium products. The product alone
is no longer enough. Value is increasingly created by combining a high-qu
ality payment solution\, useful benefits\, exceptional experiences\, digit
al services\, and a human approach.\nThe aim is to show how companies can
turn an understanding of affluent customers into a more relevant offer\, s

SUMMARY:How to Acquire Partners That Acquire Customers
LOCATION:Edison\, ČSOB Campus\, Radlická 333\, Prague 5
DESCRIPTION:Software\, Digitalization & Transformation\nAlejandro Albi\nCus
tomer acquisition is getting harder. Ad costs keep rising\, outbound is no
isier than ever\, and AI is making it easier for everyone to produce the s
ame content and campaigns. The companies pulling ahead aren't necessarily
spending more—they're building ecosystems of partners that bring them cu
stomers every single day.\nThe challenge isn't finding partners. It's find
ing the right partners. Most businesses mistake networking for partnership
strategy\, chase logo collections instead of business outcomes\, and inve
st months into relationships that never generate meaningful growth.\nIn th
 is seminar\, you'll discover how high-growth companies identify\, evaluate
\, and activate partnerships that become predictable customer acquisition
channels. You'll learn a practical framework for choosing the right partne
rs\, structuring partnerships that create mutual value\, and avoiding the
mistakes that cause most partnership initiatives to stall.\nThis isn't a t
heory session. It's built on firsthand industry insights from one of Europ
e's leading partnership management platforms\, distilled from thousands of
  partnership programs across SaaS\, eCommerce\, finance\, iGaming\, and B2
 B. You'll leave with proven principles\, practical frameworks\, and a new
way of thinking about growth\, because the companies that scale the fastes
t don't just acquire customers. They acquire partners who keep acquiring c
 ustomers for them.

LOCATION:Archimedes\, ČSOB Campus\, Radlická 333\, Prague 5
DESCRIPTION:AI & Machine Learning\nVítězslav Klement\nArtificial intellig
ence is rewriting the rules of marketing faster than most companies can re
act. It can generate copy\, images and entire campaigns in seconds—and t
hat is exactly why brands are beginning to look alike. In this seminar\, I
will show you how to use AI to strengthen your brand rather than dilute i
t.\nWe will explore how to bring AI effectively into content creation\, co
mmunication and creative work without losing your own tone and identity. I
will share real examples of prompts\, tools and workflows that save time
while maintaining quality.\nWe will also focus on what AI still cannot rep
lace—and why those very elements will determine which brands survive the
age of artificial intelligence and which disappear into a sea of generic
content.\nThis is a practical seminar with no unnecessary theory or fluff.
You will leave with concrete tips you can use the very next day. Suitable
for business owners\, marketers and freelancers who want to use AI intell

SUMMARY:How to Stay Focused in the Age of AI
LOCATION:K.I.S.S. stage\, ČSOB Campus\, Radlická 333\, Prague 5
DESCRIPTION:Social Impact\, Next-Gen Media\nNever before have we had access
to so much information. And never has it been harder to truly focus.\nArt
ificial intelligence\, social media\, and an endless stream of content com
pete for every second of our attention. As algorithms become increasingly
effective at understanding what captures and keeps us engaged\, the abilit
y to focus is emerging as one of the most valuable skills of the future.\n
How does the attention economy work? Why is it becoming harder to read dee
ply\, think critically\, or simply spend time offline? And how can we pres
erve our creativity\, critical thinking\, and mental performance in a worl
d designed to constantly distract us?\nThis keynote explores attention as
the new superpower of the 21st century—and how we can protect it in the
 age of artificial intelligence.

 redom
LOCATION:K.I.S.S. stage\, ČSOB Campus\, Radlická 333\, Prague 5
DESCRIPTION:AI & Machine Learning\, Social Impact\, Software\nWhat if your
favorite influencer existed only as software? And would it really matter i
f they weren't human?\nAI influencers and digital personalities are alread
y attracting millions of followers\, securing brand partnerships\, and bui
lding relationships with their audiences. Powered by artificial intelligen
ce\, they are creating a world of infinite\, hyper-personalized content—
content that never sleeps\, never ages\, and always seems to know exactly
what we want to see.\nWhat happens when algorithms can generate content ta
ilored to our emotions\, moods\, and vulnerabilities? How will trust\, aut
henticity\, and our relationships with digital personalities evolve? And i
n an era of synthetic influencers\, will there still be a place for human
creators?\nThis keynote explores the future of media\, attention\, and dig
ital identity in a world where boredom may disappear—but so too might th
e boundary between reality and a world designed by algorithms.
